I've known Ridwan for years as our accountant for my company, and only recently found out he provided brokering services too. This was a godsend for us, as our first home purchase was quite daunting for us. Ridwan's confidence and knowledge of banks' processes made the process of obtaining finance a breeze, and while we had some nervous waits, Ridwan was ever confident of getting our approval across the line. When our bank came back with some tricky questions, Ridwan was right on top of it, and had the issues resolved (and approval in place) within 36 hours. Could not recommend more highly.
