We have recently had our apartment renovated with new Paint and new Flooring organised by Nirit and her team at Capitol Flooring and couldn't be happier with the end result. Although we had been quoted less for the flooring elsewhere and were advised by Nirit to look at an alternative to what we wanted, we are so happy we took Nirit's advice and chose Capital for our mini reno. We did have a few small hiccups along the way, as to be expected but overall we are very happy with the end result and glad we chose Capital. Trades people were great to deal with in all aspects.

After 25 years we decided to upgrade our paint/carpet from green walls and blue carpet in our Strata Building (I guess that was on trend back then!).

Capitol Flooring managed both the paint and carpet for our 6 levels. The painters did an amazing job - skirting boards and trim were grey and the walls/ceiling a white. Their painting skills were amazing and even cutting in around the numbers and painting so close to the doors with they grey. It was a lot to co-ordinate with 35 units and access to doors for painting but they were very helpful and adjusted days/times as needed - the painting was even finished ahead of schedule.

The carpet layers also did an amazing job with the laying of the carpet tiles and the finished look.

After the misfortune of having a unruly tenant that virtually ruined our place, we had the fortune of knowing Nirit who could assist with fixing our place up in the most efficient manner. She oversaw the trades/timeline of everything. They repaired walls and repainted the entire unit and when something wasn’t 100%, they went back with no hassles at all, which is very important to me. They also installed new carpet and replaced a blind. I understand they provide a fair range of different services so it’s certainly worth having a chat with them. Capitol Flooring did a great job in my apartment. They took care of more than just my flooring. They arranged painting, carpet, fly screens and vertical blinds for me. They did it efficiently and worked around my schedule.
