I called them on Saturday morning as my tower was not working anymore and needed repairing as soon as possible. By 5 pm they were able to fix everything and I got my PC back.

They cleaned it completely as it was very dusty inside. It is now like brand new.

Capitol Computer's are life saviours tbh. Got my Legion Charger shipped in 2 days where it was not available in any other store (even online) in whole of Australia.

Took my Chromebook in for repair, was really appreciative that they were upfront and honest and told me the hinge too expensive to repair (after being dropped in backpack) explained whilst no screen damage the cable is fine and it would need shipping off and as I only paid $379 for it it would not be worth it. A lot of places would have said leave it to be inspected for a fee $70 in their case. To have a person be honest in computer industry is rare. I will definitely go back for a purchase/repair in future.

Price matching their competitors and customer service is top notch. Ethan was very patient with customers answering all questions with genuine advice with no upsells. They took my walk-in order on Saturday lunchtime, and the machine was ready for pick-up Sunday arvo. 30mins parking can also be provided for the customer!

Excellent products but the service is very unprofessional when I ask a question they tend to roll there eyes backwards first and then answer very rude and disrespectful as I am a network engineer was just looking to buy an ssd otherwise good product unprofessional staff next time be respectful to the customer when a question is been asked at the end of the day we are ones spending hard earned money at your shop thank you

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my laptop through Capitol Computer; the staff treated my wife and me with courtesy and really seemed to value our business when we showed up yesterday afternoon. I had come with the intention of buying a particular model, and I was pleased when the knowledgable customer service rep took me through the nuts and bolts of either staying with my original plan or showing me how to upgrade on the cheap. While I was finalising my purchase, my wife had a friendly chat with the owner and proprietor, who was very personable and welcoming. All-in-all, we got the impression this was a family business and we were pleased to support them with ours.

Great range and prices match online, staff are happy to chat about products and have a great knowledge. The place looks a bit old but it’s definitely not impacting the service. They seem relatively trust worthy, just come in knowing the right prices. Would recommend going here than anywhere else.

Just bought a new MSI laptop but after open it I've realized it was the wrong keyboard type. I want to change ONLY! Wrong they'll surcharge you in 20% as a restock fee! You going to lose your money! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR A BUY FROM A BIG STORE NOT FROM THIS GUYS

Wouldn't sell items unless I purchased the whole pc from them. Prices are expensive as it is. They abruptly hung up and ended the call. Terrible. I hope you loose business and get covid and die
