3Terrible company! Be careful when you leave your details to them. They will keep calling you everyday to try to sell their course to you.
I found this place very rude, they have no understanding of what’s professional meaning is don’t waste your time with them
My partner and his friend went through Capital Training Institute to complete his certificate IV in building and construction, the process and the outcome has been beyond frustrating, waiting weeks and months on a teacher to mark assessments and now has waited close to 4 months on receiving his certificate. We have made calls to Andrew to chase it up and he has left us with absolutely nothing. He tells us he will chase it up every time and still have not heard a thing, not even a digital copy of his certificate has been sent through. Had to make our 4th phone call today and they are “still” trying to follow it up.
I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a company that is on top of things. Disappointing to pay up front and still waiting for certification.
