My experience was fantastic. I had spoken to the lovely Emma who was really kind and amazing with her A+ customer service! Emma had demostrated the operations of the machine we had purchased and was super helpful in regards to helping us pick the right machine for the job. Emma had then introduced us to Joe who showed us the ins and outs of the machine and was super nice! Joe also really looked after us in terms of pricing and also put the machine together, charged up and delivered it to us. We purchased the Imop XL from Capital Equipment Hire and found their service to be excellent. It was very easy to get someone on the phone and their product knowledge great. The product was shipped and arrived the following day. The machine does a super job and cuts quite a lot of time from our day. Very happy.

Very bad experience, don’t buy Nilfisk. Bought Nilfisk SC250 a year ago, machine had a malfunction two months after purchasing, it stopped working with flashing lights. Got service repair from supplier, while it happened again and again every couple of weeks till now for a year. Nobody knows what the hell is wrong, frustrated. While we would say, Capital Equipment is reactive and trying to help each time, but problem is still there.

I just wanted to say thanks very much! From initial phone enquiry to when I arrived at their warehouse, it was 5 star service. Jye showed me how to use the carpet extractor so I know what I am doing when I bring it home and another nice guy checked inside the box (stock) to check everything is there before handing it to me. It was definitely worth the drive!
