Although I did not get to experience the services Canton Beach Paddle Shack has to offer due to poor weather, Kate provided very helpful information over the phone as to what activities and sites we could do and visit instead. She was very kind and informative, as well as patient as I am not a local and had to come up with a last minute plan B! Thank you. I will definitely give this place a visit next time I’m in this area as the friendly staff service was an immediate positive flag for me as someone who really appreciates good service!
Not much to see and to do
We were expecting to see people on stand up paddle or kayaking so we can entice our kids to do the same. But.nada. Nevertheless, it was a beatiful place. My husband and his friend fell a sleep as soon as we parked the car. The weather (and the cleanliness of the park) must have hypnotised them both.
Canton Beach paddle shack is advertising as a shop
I drove over 100 km to that shop and it turns out that they operate from a local park (on line they advertised them selves as a shop with proper street address and opening hours)
I have rang the phone number and enquired about some spare parts for my kayak
the lady was unfriendly and not helpful at all, she had informed me that because initially I didn't buy my kayak from them she couldn't help me with spares
How is that for a service?
Absolutely amazing place it was the most fun time I had in a long time kids loved it Chris and his Mrs lovely couple they go out of their way to help you if you're a beginner or expert its the place to go
The owners are so helpful and genuine. I went here over 3 years ago and came back today. Still just as amazing. I'll be buying my first from them and cannot be more pleased.

Nice friendly service. The lagoon is very shallow to a l8ng way out and looks amazing on a sunny day.
Great customer service and quality products. The prices are competitive and I am highly recommending thus shop to all. Only heard about them when I list my phone and they were more than happy to lend there's so I could make a few calls. Lovely people, go there and grab yourself a kyack or anything water sports related.
