We were interstate purchasers of a premium used BMW 230i.

The team at Canterbury BMW were friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. Jan, Kurt and the admin staff were amazing.

Their "can do" attitude was much appreciated and not as present at other BMW dealers in their area.

Highly recommended team for a BMW purchase.

Giving 5 stars purely for the assistance from Ali Bashara. We’ve purchased cars many times; but Ali has definitely surpassed all other sales consultants, in his communications and actions. Can’t recommend him enough.

The experience from Ali was nothing short of amazing, not once did he push me on the day or rush me, he was more interested in chatting, getting to know me, my family, life, work.the next time I came in he remembered me and my wife's also kids coffee choices, Ali is changing the industry's perception of " sales men " Ali is a genuinely nice hearted guy. See you next time.

Dealt with Ali Bashara recently. His service was second to none. Would highly recommend him and the dealership again. I've dealt with other dealerships in the past and they really went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I would give negative rating if I can, one star is purely for the car services but I had zero customer service in store.

Arrived early in the morning for car service when they weren’t very busy, 3 staffs handled my booking but none bothered to greet me by even a simple ‘hi’, the only greeting I got was the girl who took coffee order who’s the 4th staff I met in the store … shocked!

There is major construction going on in the show room.the office and everything on my table were shaking as drilling went on, shocked again! With that level of construction, noise and disruption, the business should’ve temporarily closed or at least inform customer prior to the service booking to manage expectation so that alternative waiting method can be pre-arranged.

I had to join a few meetings and calls where I couldn’t talk at all or even hear others, had to apologise to my stakeholders and reschedule the meetings. Other customers in the wait area were having the same terrible experience till someone asked the reception girl to provide earplugs, it’s that bad! This is not day 1 of the construction, if the business decided to open the door during construction, they could’ve be more considerate and done a better job informing customer in advance or providing a better customer service, but I see none of them.

When my car service was done, the staff who knew I was waiting in the lounge, again, didn’t bother to come and let me know it’s done but system SMS was all I got. Same when I picked up my car, there’s no conversation not even a smile for the handover. I didn’t feel I was treated as a customer, the local bread shop would do a much better job than that. Not sure if it’s because the staffs are also suffering from the construction, I feel bad for them to work in an environment like that. I would suggest not to visit the store till their construction is finished, for your own well being.

But I thank the service team for servicing my car, nothing else.

Staff provided amazing service. It's located in a spot where test driving has many routes but keep in mind that the main road is prone to traffic jam so try to avoid that time for test drives.

Great customer service from Nadim and Jason! The sales representative Nadim was straight to the point, showed us the car with patience and helped us to get the car detailed before pickup. Highly recommend.

Jan at Canterbury BMW was amazing to deal with. After going to numerous dealers, they definitely stood out. We worked with Jan and he definitely went over and beyond to provide us with exactly what we needed. I could not recommend him enough, we were so lucky to have crossed paths with him. If you are after a BMW he’s your guy, very knowledgeable with exactly what every car consists of and makes it very easy to choose!

Jason Yang and Paul are awesome, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

We bough a second hand car and we were treated like buying a new car.

Please do yourself a favor and talk to Jason, he was incredibly professional, welcoming, and considerate to what we wanted.

I recently sold my beloved MINI JCW Countryman to Canterbury BMW and had a wonderful experience with Jonathan who was upfront, fair and communicative - exactly what you are looking for when transacting on a car - and he turned what could have been a stressful situation into an extremely pleasant one. He went above and beyond to ensure I wasn't inconvenienced even when it meant coming to me to arrange the paperwork and collection. When I am eventually in the market to buy another car, I wouldn't hesitate to visit Canterbury BMW as the way I was treated speaks to the values upheld by the Dealership as a whole. Worst bmw
Got a quote to supply and install a sensor for my x6 for 850
I got the part my self from bmw and asked them to install it only
They told me for installing only is 850
And after they telling me that they can’t install it because I didn’t buy it from them
Justin from the service was very rude as well

Called another bmw and they told me that they can install it for only 400
