Recently we engaged the services of Conrad Brookes from Canopy Care to remove 2 extremely large trees (Jacaranda and Cypress). We can’t compliment Conrad and his team enough on their professionalism, their work ethic and attention to detail.

They arrived ahead of time set up promptly, and spoke with the neighbours to inform them what was to take place making sure they understood exactly the process. During the course of day they only took a 15 minute coffee and water break.

Both our neighbours commented on what a precision operation from start to finish, it went like clockwork injury free and no damage to property! All parties were extremely impressed with clean up also.

Canopy Care Tree Service were such a delight to deal with. From the initial quotation through to the finished result, Conrad and the other members of the team were really professional and did such an outstanding job of maintaining the trees on our property! We had 4 overgrown, very tall palm trees requiring trimming along with a variety of trees that needed removing. I saw Conrad's brightly coloured truck whilst out and about and took a photo of his number - he came around, gave me a quote.
He arrived on time and worked really hard all day. Our garden looks amazing and the leaves/palm fronds were taken away, all the areas left tidy and swept.

We commissioned Canopy Care in early July 2020 to trim the landmark Sydney Blue Gum at the rear of our Inner West property and a similarly statuesque Lemon Scented Gum at the front. Both trees presented sensitive targets with large branches overhanging neighbour’s rooves, TV aerials, solar panels and pedestrian/vehiclular traffic – to say nothing of anxiously interested neighbours.

Reassuringly, Conrad and groundie, Gas, were the right crew for the job! To call them professional is not doing them justice – more akin to master craftsmen at work.

Conrad’s approach was impressive. A knowledgeable, considered assessment of the trees and a well-thoughtout plan was backed by thorough prep. His consummate climbing skills saw large limbs removed cleanly and efficiently – with Gas processing them on the ground as quickly as they were lowered. Together they worked like a well-oiled machine.

For us, the result was all we could have hoped for: not only safe and effective tree management, but intuitive and respectful to the trees. Win-win all round.
