This business is one of a kind! Their customer service is exceptional, the promo codes save you heaps, items always arrive perfect and if they don’t candles2go are so quick to fix. I purchase a lot from here especially special codes on my favourites there is no stopping me lol but I’m 120% happy with this business. I would highly recommend this fabulous company. I ordered candles to be sent to my sister in Adelaide as I am currently in the UK. The service was exceptional. The candles were extremely well packed and delivered quickly and my sister was so happy to receive them! She said they smelt divine.

I stumbled across this site whilst looking for a favourite candle that I regularly buy.
I found it.and a much cheaper price, the variety of candles, diffusers and much more is amazing. I will definitely be ordering from here on a regular basis. I usually buy for not just myself.but my mother in law and my daughter who lives interstate.
After going through all of the items (it's like candle heaven:)
I placed an order and I can't believe how quickly they arrived, the candles are beautifully packaged, the fragrances i picked are gorgeous (I bought several others aside from my usual favourite one) the glass jars are gorgeous so they look pretty anywhere. The fragrances are beautiful without being overpowering.
I'm excited about placing my next order, and I will DEFINITELY be ordering regularly.

Got my beautiful woodwick heartfelt candle today. There was a slight issue with tape that hold the lid during postage and handling but when I called the shop the service was excellent. Very friendly people. I ordered 2 more candles and would definitely recommend this shop and their website to family and friends.

I bought my candles on Black Friday promotion, which was the best price I could found and with very secure package and fast delivery. I will definitely shop again from them!

But there is just one feedback, the order confirmation and shipment notification email all went to promotions inbox instead of main inbox (gmail) that means I didn’t realised my order had been confirmed and shipped till the delivery day.

Hope this feedback can help the owner to figure out how to make sure your every important emails are able to go to customer properly.

So i just wanted to say that this morning I died and went to scented heaven - I purchased 8 Woodwick candles from Candles2go and I just have no words, they are everything i thought they'd smell like and more.
Stef was so amazing with emailing me back and forth with all the queries I had about scents and helped me choose exactly what I was after. My first time to place an order with them for Be Enlightened candles. Usually buy from a different seller but their P&H has become excessive. All I can say is excellent customer service and FREE P & H.and the candles were cheaper than anywhere I could find on the Net. Will definitely purchase from them again.
