Very easy to book, low prices, friendly staff, attractive & sturdy products = great party & happy host! Rental cost for one day covers you for the whole weekend (pickup Friday for weekend party and drop-off Monday).

Have hired chairs and tables for a couple of parties now. Candle Events has been great to deal with, good price and easy to book. Makes party planning easier.

My first time using Candles Event Hire and I am so pleased I found them! We hired two marquee numbers and they looked beautiful. Pick up and drop off was seamless and the owner was really nice and helped me load it in the car. Thanks so much we will definitely be back!

Went with candles event hire despite it being a bit far based on its good reviews. However, tables and chairs are awfully aged. Dirty, scuffed up, had burnt marks. The pick up / drop off times are really rigid. Very polite on engagement with on text but come across as entitled and rude in person.

The guy at Peakhurst then twisted my quote around tried to charge $100 more
Then when I pulled him up on it, and wanted it he then said he doesn't deliver! It's on his website!

My second time hiring from CEH -Peakurst. The gentleman is friendly and very helpful. Items were clean when I picked up and when I returned items, the gentlemen helped me unload it from my van. Definitely will continue to hire from this place. Very satisfied customer.

It was my sons 21st birthday last week & we needed 4 marquees for the occasion plus other items. My wife & I rang 3/4 other event hire places but they took to long returning our calls & when they did, their prices wr way much more.

Quick, easy to book, easy to collect and provide you with great timeframe with hire. We hire every year for various events and have never been disappointed.

Marquees are easy to assemble and parts are easy to install. Staff are friendly and helpful and are available to assist when required.

We will continue to use these guys for our event hire

After finding high reviews for Candles Event Hire, I decided to hire a marquee and some bain maries from them for a party at home, despite the fact that it was a 50 minute drive each way to pick up the hired items and the same again to bring them back. IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT! The marquee was easy to assemble and the service provided by Komahl at the Peakhurst branch was excellent. I will definitely be using Candles Event Hire for my next party.

Great service. Pickup/Drop off only on Monday & Friday which makes it a bit hard, otherwise quality products and very informative with their messaging system.

Worst experience with this company, I’m on life threatening bed rest with a rainbow baby since my daughters passing a year ago.
I have had nothing but headaches with this organisation to the point they felt a 10: 30pm delivery of heavy equipment was acceptable. Furthermore as it was severely late without any reasonable communication from the company indicating a reasonable time simply “evening” I asked the company if they could put up one of the marquees to put all the hired items uncover as it was rain heavily and I was concerned for the companies property.
The company advised this is not their concern as they purely deliver, i then stressed to the company I do not have the physical strength to set up a marquee and if they arrived at a reasonable time my partner would be present, however my partner left for night shift after waiting till early evening for this company to deliver, however there was zero communication from the company to a delivery time, this inaction is not acceptable. I also stated to the company I have no undercover and I have limited light it would be impossible for me to comply with the deposit guidelines as they did not deliver within a reasonable timeframe. This company was well aware how much this baby shower meant to me especially after laying my daughter to rest April 2019. I expressed to this company this was my 12th pregnancy and I am extremely high risk and required the booking to be streamline as I am on bedrest and I was assured the company would assure 100% satisfaction.
Do not proceed with this horrible company, zero professionalism nor compassion from the staff or owners as this company failed to supply goods for event then cancelled with minimal notice.
