Poorest of the poorest costumer service, and they sell products of the absolute poorest quality.
I bought a camping fridge from them, and it was defect. I had to send back the defective unit to get it assessed, and finally after a few weeks they send me a new one. Guess what, the replacement item (a so called new fridge) is also defect. I want my money back rather than a replacement, but they are refusing to refund me!

Have purchased a few items since 2018 always been happy with the quality and competitive pricing always better than other o line stores.

I ordered a 360 Deg hitch for my camper trailer and it arrived thrown in a box with ZERO packing. So during transport it got broken. I returned the unit for repair and got told that they would not return it because it had been mounting on my camper. Damage was found after mounting and test fitting, as I tried to explain to them. They refused to assist, returned the unit and now will not communicate. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM AGAIN, they can't even pack a box correctly.

Overall the company was not helpful tried to ask them about fittings for a water tank I purchased from them and they don’t sell fittings. Which I had to source myself. Back and forth conversations for a warranty claim for the water tank from camec. Still in the process for two months. To be accepted then rejected from camec and never receiving a phone call back. As a consumer I had to ring them up every week. Overall best to go to the correct place for water tanks. Eg Dunn and Watsons.
They are only a seller of products with no interest to help out the consumer. This is my experience here at Campsmart.

My water hose and in-line filter arrived very quickly (only 2 days), were well packaged and competitively priced. Will definitely shop with them again.

Easy to find had just what we wanted and the lady that served us was lovely and friendly and very helpful.

I have an order that was ment to be Express shipped which I paid for and due to extreme weather and Covid it is delayed which I understand these things cannot be helped. But day 4 still no order delivered Melissa from Campsmart who responded to my email will not assist me with a refund for the Express shipping I have paid for. I have sent emails and tried calling Campsmart and still no resolve to this matter very upsetting and disappointing. Why Campsmart expect me to pay for a service which has not been provided is not right.
In response once again to the reply I recieved I understand about delays I do not need repeated replies from Campsmart about Australia Post delays weather events Covid ect I am not getting a direct answer about a refund for Express shipping I paid for and the service has not been provided

First experience with Campsmart. Bought bed end flys and preferred to pick up from warehouse. Really easy process. Friendly team. Will be back for sure.

These guys are great to deal with. They handle issues cheerfully and promptly and I highly recommend them to anybody wishing to do business with them. They will be my first port of call when I'm buying in the future.

Horrible. I have an issue with my awning I bought from these guys and they will not respond to my emails. Send them an email regarding something else a few months ago as well and also no response. Happy to take your money then not help when there is an issue. Way to run a business!

Must say how happy we were with the great customer service that Campsmart provided us. We had a warranty issue and it was solved so quickly with no fuss and nothing was too much trouble, also Petra replied to my emails very promptly and was so helpful.
And a big shout out to Coast to Coast they were also amazing handling my claim.
