Ordered a rare wine from the shop to be shipped across the country. One of only a few places in the country I could find it and the only one that didn't make me buy 6+ bottles before they would ship it.

Australia Post lost the first package but Camperdown Cellars were quick to respond to customer service requests and send another bottle out. Great customer service. Can't recommend them enough.

Excellent bottle-o with very good selection and some interesting items that the majors don't have. Also have a parcel point for returning Amazon things and adjoining convenience store.

Oliver and Nico are absolute legends down at Camperdown Bronte. Service is top notch and cracker banter with the fellas.

Overpriced. Seems everything is a good 20% more expensive here. Shame as I live close. The staff on the other hand are fantastic. Friendly and helpful.

Just wanted to thank Steve for his stellar customer service. He had excellent recommendations on drinks we were unsure about, and offered really good suggestions on new ones to try. He was warm, friendly, and very knowledge; - he made sure we had absolutely everything we needed before we left and was very thorough with his service.
10/10 service and all round excellent human.

Went here to a Father's Day gift and was assisted by Max and Jake from the Kingston St store who were incredibly helpful and friendly. They assisted me in finding a great whiskey. Will definitely return when I need to find another gift!

Phenomenal craft beer selection, but generally a little more expensive that some other outlets.

A good range of products, especially for its size. Decent prices, but the key factor for me is the staff - always friendly and willing to help customers out.

First time writing a review - outstanding service, felt very personal and the manager seemed genuinely interested in having a chat about the whisky range. I've just started a modest collection and was able to pick up a few things I had a been searching for plus some other recommendations. Everything felt very authentic and I never felt pressured into buying something, even after trying samples. I can't recommend this place highly enough for anyone interested in whisky.

Very rude staff member with respect to wearing masks. Great selection of wines but very poor customer service let them down.

Always great service. Beers fridges are always full unlike many bottle shops that have huge gaps and lots of sold out items.

Was genuinely surprised by the huge range of wine but also European beer on offer. Large store format with everything you could possibly need. The staff were also very helpful. They usually also have some killer deals on special. Managed to get a $40 case of peroni's which is quite unheard of. Would definitely recommend visiting Camperdown Cellars

A lot of options to choose from, including interesting blends, liquors, and other stuff which I haven't seen anywhere else. Was the only place I could find a lychee liquour over Christmas. Love the beer / wine selection too.

Camperdown Cellars have some great NYE specials on champagne. I ordered some last night at about 6pm and the champagne was delivered first thing this morning. What fabulous service - thanks so much.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. The man with glasses very helpful and made several recommendations to me for gifts this Christmas. I don’t drink so didn’t know where to start but he clearly knew the products and we worked something out based on my budget very promptly. He even carried everything to my car for me. It’s just a pity I don’t live locally so can’t buy all my gifts at this shop.

A lot of different products, good prices, and good beer. Always good to go there, especially these hotter days
