Campbelltown Dentist Care are fabulous, affordable and make you feel so calm and welcoming. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years due to a bad experience at another dentist. I no longer have any fear of the dentist.

Very professional team, as they made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my dental care.
They also took the time to explain each procedure very clearly before any works were done, which is great to know before they start, so there's no surprises.

This is the best, most modern dental clinic I've attended in 60 years. The staff are always friendly and the dentists are highly skilled, with everything being done on site.
They make all the other dentists I've seen previously look like witch doctors

I booked my appointment six months before with dentist Mr. John but they changed the dentist without letting me know. When I realised, i tried to book him again but they are actually pushing me to go for different dentist which I experienced unhappy previously.

It's been a while since being to a Dentist and have been avoiding them. But since coming to Campbelltown Dental Care, I've been impresses with the care of all staff. I've had 2 crowns, clean, X-rays and will be back for more as I've left it too long because I was scared.
These dentists are wonderful and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The receptionist was lovely. The Dentist was lovely, even when my daughter was scared or the air & xray. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Dr Michael is amazing. I am a very nervous at the dentist and Dr Michael was so patient and understanding and best of all, he is very gentle. The receptionists make you feel very welcome and are all very friendly. I have been recommending them to everyone I know.

It's so convenient that they're open on a Sunday. I've been to them for an emergency filling three times and every time it's been a professional and positive experience.

*UPDATE Jan 2023* Just wanted to update the review to say that I have come here several more times since to see Dr John, including for 3 crowns. I continue to be extremely impressed and 100% satisfied with the care provided at this practice. The crowns are several hundred dollars cheaper than at my previous dentist (I don't have private health) and instead of taking a mould and waiting a week for the crown to be ready, they do it all on-site in only an hour. This morning in particular was one of the most pain-free, easy dentist visits I've ever had! I'll never go anywhere else now!

I recently moved to the area so do not have a local dentist and instead travel a long way to see my long term dentist. They accommodated a same-day appointment for me due to an urgent issue, and when I did arrive there was very little wait time.

I have a fairly complex dental history and a lot of ongoing issues with my teeth. Dr John Shi took the time to obtain this info in a compassionate and understanding manner. After some awful experiences with other dentists I have seen for emergencies, who only made me feel worse, this was such a welcome change. He explained the situation and options very clearly. It was also helpful when he showed me my tooth with the camera on the overhead TV. The work he did was quick and painless. He also recommended that for a certain issue I see my regular dentist for continuity of care, showing that he cares more about patient well-being than profit. His kindness and professionalism really helped a lot and left such a good impression on me.

And to top it off, the price at the end was much less than I was expecting. Receptionists friendly and efficient. Dental assistant gentle and helpful. Clean and modern practice. Thank you for taking care of me, I will be back for sure. I am a “frequent flyer” but I think for patients who are nervous or haven’t been to the dentist for a while, this would be a great clinic.

Mena was awesome at my wisdom teeth removal, very well priced and explained all options. Highly recommend!

Amazing reception and wonderful treatment. My 6 years old daughter had quite a few dental issues and scared of treatments. Dr. Michael Pham had treated her patiently so she was excited to go the the clinic for treatment. I strongly recommend the clinic and doctors

Had an emergency appointment with Dr John for the pain and sensitivity I was experiencing. He dealt with it very professionally and discussed the issue and treatments required as well as checking out all my other teeth. I would highly recommend Dr John and Campbelltown dental care. All the staff are amazing.

There services today was brilliant. We were well involved and looked after by the lovely dental lady Janice and her associates. Great place to visit for all your dental care!

There service was good but I didn't get the results I was after, considering it cost me a lot of money

Trust all the 5-star reviews you see here. Great dental practice who are transparent with fees and charges, understanding and accommodating also. Great to have a No-Gap on General Dental if you have the right level of private cover. Had a tooth break on me towards the end of the day, the clinic staff were able to squeeze me in at the very end of the day to give me pain relief and booked me in right away for an extraction the next day. The dentist as well as the assistant and front desk staff were so kind, thorough and patient. For great dental care, highly recommend this clinic. Will not be going elsewhere for dental treatment.

Highly recommend. From the time we walk in to the time we leave it is always on a high note. Dr Jacky is very professional and has a great bedside manner. A very professional business and I love the new premises. Great job!

I can honestly say that Doctor John and his team made my visit a pleasant and pain free experience. I am a very anxious/nervous patient when it comes to visiting Dentist’s, mainly because of past experiences. But I will highly recommend this practice if you want pain free dentistry. The front of house staff are so friendly and professional.
