The element in our oven failed, the second time in around 18 months. Frank changed it and only charged for labour. He replaced the element for free, even though the warranty had expired.
Great service, fast, efficient and more than reasonable.

Rhonda was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She not only gave me the costs to repair but asked more questions to determine whether a fix was worth it in the long run. She even suggested brands to buy and ones to avoid based on what the repair work they have been doing. Thank you Rhonda, il be recommending to everyone and will service my machine next time an error appears instead of ignoring it.

Booked a call out for my washing machine that lost power. Received a call from the wonderful Rhonda who advised it would be a waste of money to have it looked at and best to buy a new machine. She then took the time to suggest brands and what I should consider when buying a new machine. So thankful to her for her customer service. If I ever need to book a service in future I'll be back! I recently called to book an appointment for a technician to come out. I was asked a few questions and was found to still be under warranty. (due to having a particular brand). This company could’ve have booked and charged me but instead, went out of their way to provide this information which I turn saved me a few hundred dollars. I was provided with all the information up front (booking times, cost for parts and labour) in the event of warranty expiring, which eliminates costly surprises. I will be calling this company again should I require their services in future. Thank you again.

Needed to get my lg washing machine bearing replaced. Very professionally was told that cost of repair would be 75% of the cost of a new machine. Was given great recommendations of which brands to buy which checked out. Very honest company

Worked with me online to figure out what my needs were. After discussing with them I got my quote reduced from ~$440 to $140 for a) finding the missing parts and b) only doing half the job which is what I wanted

Frank came in - was in and out and got us up and running in 15 minutes. He was polite and chatty. He gave me the option of still pursuing for more expensive/better fix but wasn't pushy.

Only thing I can fault them on is they were going to call before they rocked up. I was working 2am night shift and he caught me in my PJs half asleep at around 8am. Was kinda embarrassed but he didn't seem to mind.

For general appliance work, would definitely use again!

These guys are my go-to for my appliance repairs and parts. Always know how to find what I needs and really really helpful. They have fixed my heaters and found parts for my washing machines and dryer. Always great to use.

Had an amazing experience with service from Rhonda. She explained in detail what I needed and what they could do, even though they didn't have the right part for me. She then called me a week later and explained further where I can get the right parts and helped my machine to be fixed. Fantastic overall service and very knowledgeable!

I found him ok reckon meaned him to my daughter she had a bad experience which i was unhappy about but he has always been good with me wanted to ask him about my daughter as i felt bad when she said he did no good for her makes u sad i love my daughter thought i was doing the right thing but i would love to ask him why but my husband said dont ill call him again maybe ask what happened love my kids

I was blown away by their service. I called and Rose informed that they cannot do it till next year but still asked my suburb and in the next minute she informed me that the technician will be there soon. So, I am off the phone and boom, the service guy is at my door step. "He was in the hood", but this review is my gratitude to squeeze in time to fix my oven right before Christmas.

I have been charged $90 service fee to fix the rangehood switch, labour chages $80 and the cost of the switch was $56, the total bill was $249 inc.gst. The service call charges were not waived off even we went ahead with the job, most companies waive off the service call charges if the job is final except this one. A good brand new good quality range hood cost $250, I am extremely dissatisfied to engage this company.

I have used this Company a couple of times over the last three years & am very pleased with their service. Going back a third time. Cheers.

On Monday we had a service man come to our house to look at our Bosch gas stove top. Upon the service we were aware of the $90 call out fee. After the man came (for 5 minutes) mind you, he screwed the igniter off, put a pin through it, screwed it back on and it was working again. Received my invoice the day after only to notice a $30 labour fee (for the 5 minutes he was here), we are absolutely appalled! I understand you have to make a living, but where is common decency these days!

Would just like to thank Frank and the team for going above and beyond for our faulty Sieman's Dishwasher. Many visits, many parts replaced numerous times- would highly recommend Campbelltown Appliance Repairs for all your repairs!
