3Won't reimburse my disabled client for getting their licence as was promised since they couldn't afford it. Months later it's been brought up multiple times and still nothing!
Rude staff, they discuss and complain about clients loudly. They will not help find appropriate work and seem to enjoy holding power over people.
I have witnessed on more than one occasion a worker laugh loudly at a distressed client after bullying them beyond breaking point. They do not listen to clients and openly mock them.
They relish in the power of being able to have payments cancelled with no regard for how this can effect the clients in some cases long term.
They do not help.
I tried to employ some candidates through this agency, terrible customer service! Would not recommend.
