I never get their letters that apparently tell me of having appointments booked in then I get called at the job I need to have for them to lecture me about showing up when I had less then a days notice, with my boss in the background telling me not to be on my phone while they’re threatening to cut me off. I have never been consulted about when I’m free to have appointments booked in to NA and they consistently ignore diagnosed mental illnesses that cause issue between balancing them and my actual job. Literally cannot say 1 nice thing about them I. The months I’ve been dealing with them.

They don’t take mental health into consideration, as long as they do their job unfortunately you don’t actually matter to them as much as they try say, they’ve caused numerous panic attacks including ending up in hospital from some, I just had to scream at them multiple times saying I was extremely uncomfortable with what they were doing and saying.just for them to keep going and not even listen to me. As far as I’m a wear anyone who puts more then 1 star got paid to do it or it’s the staff pretending to be clients to keep the stars up higher than one they’ve don’t nothing but cause problems for everyone and I’ll be taking my complaint and a few others complaints and take it to someone who cars cause people complain to them about something and all they do is shrug it off.maybe a push in the right direction will help. They should seriously be ashamed of what they just did to me.

Don't bother contacting if you're an employer looking for staff as they don't bother getting back to you. Obviously not interested in matching job seekers with employers.

You register with Centrelink and you have a choice of 4 places you can go to. Sureway, Campbell page, and two others. Then you go have your meeting and they'll ask for your details. Then nothing. Nothing. You have access to computers, internet, printer and scanner, coffee / tea; All for free. But apart from that, don't expect anything for the first 12 weeks. Apparently they all act this way. Staff are friendly but beyond showing you computers, they do nothing.

Most terrible customer service I'm come across. They didn't help me get a job I got my own job. They told the government they got me the job so they get a big pay from the government. After being promised that they would provide assistance. None was given. So rude. Stay clear.
