This two star review below me, Julieta Zocco, thank you for showing your racist self to the world.
The women at Camilla’s are not native English speakers. They’re all born and bred proudly in Vietnam and have come here for a better life to raise their families in.
They can’t tell you what to do with your nails. So you can complain later that you’re not happy?
How would you like them to answer you when they’re trying their best to be as professional and hospitable in a language other from their own?
The ladies and gents here are all amazing, not just with their work but their personalities as well.
They offer water, tea, snacks, they’ll go out and purchase things if you’re hungry or thirsty. Mimi, the amount of times that woman has bought me stuff from Sydney because she lives up there and will purchase things for ALL customers and bring it down in time for their next service or even next day when we really want it.
All of them go above and beyond. To hold their language barrier against them is absolutely disgusting.
And what are you showing in your photo? Your own dead skin? The nail file powder from before washing it all off?
The fact that you’re so miserable within yourself that you’d slander a small business, in this economy, being blatantly racists is disgusting. You should take a close look at yourself and that fragile ego you’re carrying around.
You want them to do the service, make up your mind for you, speak perfect English, be on their hands and fear for you, serving you? Would that make you happier sweet heart?

I will not be coming back.
They filed my nails rushing and violently. After 24 hours my fingers are still very sore.
I asked to the manicurist a little tip about styling nails and she said "I don't know is up to you"
not very friendly…

Best nail salon in the area! Have tried others all over Wollongong and they don’t compare to Camilla’s. All staff are professional and their nail art capabilities are unheard of for salons in the Illawarra.

The girls here are always so welcoming and nice, customer service is amazing! They also stayed back after trading hours to finish our nails! Won’t go anywhere else.

Tried this place once so far. The service was fast and friendly, the salon is a nice environment. The nails did look great. However, I noticed the polish was lifting on one nail upon leaving and they didn’t last more than two weeks for me. It peeled and snapped which is a rarity for me. I will definitely go back to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I don’t know if this somewhere I would regularly go to if they don’t last longer than other places

Just got a full set of nails done but while mine were nice friends wasn't. Lack of colours and messy. Feels like they've only done half a job. Very polite and nice place but a little disappointed

The staff are supper nice and always make sure their customers are 100% satisfied before leaving the shop. I get so many compliments about my nails, there the best in the business would high recommend

I visited Camilla nails and spa today for the first time, a little apprehensive because I'm getting married in 3 days! I had been to a few other local salons over the past 2 months trying to get neatly applied SNS in the right shade of light/neutral pink. I left all the other salons very disappointed with clunky and thick application. I'm SO glad I trusted the reviews and tried Camilla. My nails are PERFECT and it was just a lovely experience all around. Will definitely be back now that I have found the perfect spot for SNS in the Illawarra.

Got my nails done for the first time and it was fantastic the customer service is fabulous and they do an excellent job on the nails my new fav nail salon not going anywhere else anytime soon

Always walk out with what I asked for. Everywhere else I came home and had to file it reshape. Not with camilla nails and spa absolutely perfect everytime.thanks guys.kayte

Love coming here! They always do an amazing job, my nails last a long time I would highly recommend them

Their services are definitely affordable (cheaper than the places I've been), they offer complimentary coffee/hot chocolate which taste really good. I feel as though the quality of their nails are the same as any other place but they do offer more colours and designs than other places I've been to. In saying that though, they do take much more care when they are working to ensure their customers are happy which is great. Their staff are also very friendly, they actually talk to you and make jokes unlike other places. I highly recommend them.
