Some of the staff members here need to be retrained in professionalism and conduct. Better yet develop a sense of a moral compass. I spoke to someone to enquire about a few things for a friend, which resulted in the staff member completely twisting my words and acting in a very disgusting, unethical unprofessional manner. Their actions ended in the landlord of of the prospective lease contacting my friend, and very abruptly stopping the lease from going forward. This was due to reasons which should have been clarified with the actual person who was planning to move into the property and sign the lease. Will never go through them or recommend anyone does, provided you have to deal with this particular unethical individual.

Laing and Simmons Kings Park took over our Lease when unfortunately the property we had been leasing for only 6 short months was sold in September 2021. We’ve been dealing with Gary Cooper since that time and he is beyond amazing. He has kept in contact with us to show us new properties every time something comes on the market for us to view. He understands the wants and needs for our family and isn’t just trying to push us into something that won’t suit what we are after. The level of effort he is putting into helping our family is nothing short of amazing. His friendship and willingness to help us has helped us through this uncertain time and we know we can depend on him to find a decent property to suit our family. If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. Thank you Gary for taking the time to help us.
