I'm still to receive my desk (on order) however thank you Taylor for making my shopping experience enjoyable yesterday! You are an absolute delight and I can see from the previous reviews that I'm not the only one lucky enough to experience your amazing customer service and personality. You are a one in a million gem.

I purchased 2 occasional chairs from Camerich in Waterloo 3 years ago, thinking I would be moving within 3 months of purchasing the chairs. 3 years later I was able to move into my new apartment. Camerich stored the chairs for 3 years- without charging me any storage fees.
When the chairs arrived, one was slightly damaged. I understand accidents happen!
I called Camerich and spoke with the lovely Taylor who was so understanding and helpful.
She managed to find me another identical chair the same day I called. The next day her store manager, personally delivered the new chair to my apartment in Rosebery and removed the previous chair.

We purchased 2 couches, the quality is incredible and they look stunning! The delivery men were just wonderful, they went above and beyond to help me, even helped me unroll my existing rug so the whole room could be set up! And were extremely polite and lovely. When I thanked them profusely they told me it cost nothing to be nice and hoped I had a wonderful day, what amazing service! I highly recommend Camerich as a brand. Not only is their stuff very stylish, but every aspect of the experience is great.

- the sales process was easy and they offered great advice,
- it was easy to organise a window to receive the delivery,
- the delivery team came within the window and phoned prior
- the team packed everything away and took the packaging material and tidied up
- they were really respectful of my house and everything was assembled well

Was looking to buy new furnitures for my house and went to coco republic but after visiting camerich, I ended up bought everything I need for my 3 bedrooms house from Camerich. Jess and George gave the best service and being so patient with all my requests. Received all my furnitures today and I have to say *I LOVE IT*

George was very helpful, gave me his personal mobile number so that I can call him with any questions (which i did). He also worked hard to find me the sofa i wanted that was in stock so that I wouldn’t have to wait 14 weeks and got me a great deal. I haven’t even received the couch yet and am very happy from everything george has done will defiantly be coming back!

Couldn't be happier with my beautiful new Camerich cloud lounge, coffee table and side table. The team prepared the lounge perfectly, and it was delivered two days earlier than scheduled. And Jessie was super helpful in arranging an extra cushion. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for an comfortable and well designed sofa for our new house and finally ended my hunting here. The sofa is really in high quality and great comfort! Friendly and professional staff gave us a lot of great ideas regarding the styling. I rarely write reviews, but this time I would highly recommend this store to everyone.

Walking into Camerich, I was in awe as soon as I stepped into the store. Everything is so beautiful, sleek and of excellent quality.

I was fortunate to meet both Joanne and George. George has great product knowledge and a flair for style. I told him what I was looking for and he recommended a stunning 3 seat sofa making the experience seamless and hassle free.

I have been searching for a good quality casual chair from various high-end furniture retailers for weeks. Every time I found something acceptable I was quoted a delivery delay ranging from 12 - 20 weeks (and I knew from experience that this is only an estimate that could well be exceeded in practice). I then had the good fortune to contact Joanna at Camerich. Being currently in Covid lockdown we were unable to visit the showroom. Joanna discussed the options by phone and went to the trouble of photographing the chair of our choice with a large sample of the leather we were considering. This enabled us to agree to purchase the chair in the lovely tan leather that Joanna suggested. And to our delight, she was able to offer delivery on the next business day. Knowing the quality of Camerich products, we were happy to complete the transaction without physically seeing the product. Thank you so much Joanna for truly wonderful customer service.
