This guy rocks! My av-1 was playing up and i was in and out within 5 minutes, and no charge.before this i had gone to another shop who quoted me $55 for the same fix.very kind and informative staff, 10/10 recommend!

The Tamron lens I took for checking was beyond repair, as Tamron Australia don't support lenses that old, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions, and had customers before and after me who he was able to advise.
I followed his recommendation and replaced my old, faulty lens with a second hand lens from a nearby camera shop.

I took in a Canon AT-1 which had not been used for over 10 years for a major service. Staff were very clear in their communication about what they would be able to do, and the quoted price was reasonable. The service on the camera was excellent. I’ve developed my first roll of film following the service, and the photos are brilliant. I would wholeheartedly recommend this repairer.

Came here to have my Sony A7rIII fixed. They were very clear with what they were going to do and gave a clear timeline. I called 2 weeks after dropping it off and was told it would be another week. A week passes and I’m told the same thing. 3 months later after the same weekly call and being told all sorts of excuses, I told them to forget about it and that I would come and pick it up and have it fixed somewhere else. On the day of pickup, I’m told I needed to accept the quote and that they’ve mixed me up with someone else which is why it hasn’t been fixed. The only reason I had a paper quote from them was so I could send it to my insurers and I was assured by the camera service centre that I didn’t need to sign and accept the quote. After hearing all of the excuses and then to be told it’s sat there the entire time because I didn’t sign something I was told I didn’t need to sign… I’ve never been more frustrated with a shop of any kind before. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I’m a professional photographer and to be left without my main camera for 3 months and still not have it fixed is just woeful. Didn’t receive any apology from them and tried to blame me for not saying my order number on the phone to clarify who was calling even though they never asked me for it and everytime I’d call, I’d say it’s Alex with the Sony A7rIII and they would respond “oh yes”.

Further to my previous review, I forgot to mention a super important piece of information. I called another camera shop to get a professional opinion on what’s happening and it turns out you need a very specific machine to fix the camera (related to mother board). Only Sony authorised repairers have the machine. He does not have one. Why did he even accept this job if he doesn’t have the machine for it? 3 months of waiting around for nothing. The worst part of the story. A sony authorised repairer quoted significant less than this guy did. Avoid at all costs if you are a professional needing a professional service.

Super friendly & helpful! Went in for a battery for my digital canon camera from the year 2000 & they had a solution within 2 mins. Thanks guys:)

Love the service and professional skill. I got sand into my aii7, and the gear at the front didn’t work properly. The owner not only fixed the problem that I stated but also gave the camera a fully check and clean all the sand out and exchange a compatible gear for my camera. The problem was fixed in one week, which is very efficient, and the cost was $350 which is a reasonable price. Thank you.

Richard is one of the bloke who is rarely genuine and honest, it is hard to find business like his nowadays. I had my lens filter stuck on my lens, he did solve for me in only few minutes also in professional way.

While other stores might charge you more for doing nothing, he always give 100 percent to the customer. I would recommend anyone to visit his place.
