Had to get a 3 year old and 1 year olds passport photo taken and the woman at Camera House Rouse Hill was amazing! Helped make the kids feel comfortable and got just what we needed in 2 minutes flat. Thank you!

The staff were amazing, listening to my wants and picked a camera. Got a Canon 7X and a memory card recommended by the staff. Lots of variety.

The people there are nice, however I would discourage getting anything repaired there. I brought in my small camera because the LCD screen wasn't turning on and paid $85 for it to be sent out and get repaired. Camera was returned to the camera shop 3 weeks later unrepaired and with a note that 'the LCD was faulty' (obviously) and that because there were 'no parts available' they weren't going to fix it. $85 gone, just to be told that. Could've spent the money at the pokies instead. Also, it took me only a 30 second Google search to find the exact missing parts I needed for the camera. They don't even try.

I came here for passport photos for a 16-month-old after being told to go elsewhere by Australia Post in Riverstone because it was too difficult for them.
These guys smashed it out of the park. I was done in 5 minutes and got my photos 10 minutes after. Would highly recommend if you have small children.

Really appreciate Camera House Rouse hill for my baby passport photo. Quite tricky to get a young baby photo right. Thanks for being so helpful and patient.

I love that this store can develop 35mm film in-house. Means I don't have to wait three months for kmart to get it done.

The staff are great. After I had done my own research Tory who helped me was very knowledgable and patiently answered all of my questions, also explaining why I may not need certain items that I had read about because of how I was planning to use the camera.
I will definitely be returning for all camera equipment.

If the staff are made to wear those stupid masks any longer, I'm not bothering to go there again. I'll go to Penrith store where you can actually hear what the staff are saying. Hopeless!

Thanks guys for doing the best you could this afternoon. Yay! My sons passport pics are accepted problem was not with the photos but with the post office. I will be officially requesting passport office with a formal complaint.

Service is good. Had my baby photo taken and it was ok for passport but for visa in different dimensions is a big mess and no were close to the standard. They convinced it will be fine with croped hair and pic with arms and almost upper body visible. I didn't wanted to argue over the staff and left. Discuss with staff and get the pics correctly.

Update: had a call with Justin (owner) and he explained the situation and offered solution. Happy with his recommendation and suggestion. Highly recommend the store, just verify the pics are up to standard before you leave to save time.

Best service ever. I got my 3 years old boy passport ID photo here. It took over 40 minutes, again and again, they were very patient and friendly. I really appreciate it.

Don't take Passport Photos from this shop. There is no gurantee this pic will be excepted and they have too many T&C and excuses to get away and they won't explain before taking pic.we end up with taking the pic twice and wasted money and time for nothing. I recommond to go to post office to take the pic. They take full reposibility.

Got my passport photo done and I'm so glad I went there. I had just got my passport photo taken about 15 minutes before at the PO next door and they turned out terrible (everything about it was just horrible).
When I came in, the staff member there was so nice and even had me hold a reflector for my picture! It was printed and cut in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Luigi the manager there is incredible, helps me every single time im there, the man is a legend! If i need any help with my camera, my Insta360 X3, living in rose bay i just know im going to drive an hour to rouse hill because theyre the best.

Went to this store today to see if they can print a copy of my daughter's passport photo from a soft copy that was previously taken by Australia Post (for passport purposes).

One of the staff was helpful but the other one was quite arrogant and it was like pulling teeth trying to get him to assist with printing a passport size photo from a soft copy. I mean it is a photo printing shop however he wasn't giving the confidence that it can be printed the right size. I get that they didn't take the photo, but he was already negative about our request from the get go and didn't seem quite keen to help. What kind of "speciality" photo service is this? !
