Camera House - Hornsby

I've been to Camera house hornsby a number of times and it has always been good but this time they truely shined! Carly and Cameron have helped me with a repair of a lense (24-70mm EF mark ii).
Not only was it a competitive and great price for repair but also returned to me in a timely manner. Carly is very polite and is a great communicator. I would highly recomend this team for any camera needs, they do 35mm film development, send off lenses for repair and also advice. They have a solid range of stock too.

Terrible. Rude Customer Service and Passport Photos are $5 more expensive at $25 each. Charge for for Chinese visa photos. After arguing, they didn't charge extra. What a Rip off as a start! Plus they charge you another $5 if you want an electronic copy emailed to you. Free at Australia Post.
Recommend check out Australia Post first - I wish I had!

Great camera shop. Staff very helpful. Useful information about correcting my photos. Repaired my cannon camera quickly. Nice selection and data on new technology. Patient with customers.

I'll start by saying the 4 stars is due to it being a fairly small store so is limited on stock. That's said, the staff are good and prices are good (negotiate) The other factor preventing 5 stars is that cameras don't have batteries so there is no way to actually try out different cameras. If you want to test a lens you'll need to bring your own camera although possibly bringing a battery might be enough if the right camera is available. If your not on a rush, they are happy to order stock in from their larger stores.
