Honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received. Every time I go in there the staff are so helpful and willing to take their time with you. I am blown away by the service. I get film developed there and it’s done within 1-2 hours with amazing quality. I am so happy with the photos I just got developed in which staff helped me to use a film camera I had no knowledge on! Thank you so lucky to have a place like this in albury.

From the 1st phone call to collection of my gift the customer service from the 3 staff members was exemplary and the canvas was completed in a matter of days.

Very very good. Develops film, sells film and good service. Prices of some items do seem very expensive but this is ok considering there aren't many camera places around anymore.

Went to print photos.girl in there took my phone without asking, walked away with it to get a cord.was very pushy and opened up my camera roll without asking.didn’t give me time to play around with photos and my options.like she was trying to get us out as quick as possible

I took some very old color slides in to be digitized so they could be emailed. I asked if this could be done URGENTLY as the slides were to be part of the life of a very dear friend who had passed away. The staff were wonderful. The response was instant. The slides had been down loaded and the contents emailed to me before I arrived home.

Had my passport photo taken recently, best ID photo ever. When Post officials asked me if the photo was less than six month old, I told her that it is fresh today. That photo was so well done, makes me not just look young but radiant as well. Thanks Justin for his extra effort, turned this ordinary moment into eternal memory which brings me pleasure for years to come, thank you!

A good range of products in store, if they dont have what you are looking for they will order in, the staff are not overly helpful which is a shame, maybe a once off but the young girl that served me in store had very little product knowledge. Very disappointing, parking is limited.
