I was in need of replacing my current carpet at my house and had been recommended Camden Valley Floorworld. I was greeted by Rod who was nothing but helpful, considerate and gave honest advice. We had gone back to the showroom numerous times to get the right colour carpet etc, every time Rod was nothing but welcoming and accomodating. The entire process was seamless, after ordering the carpet it was promptly installed and we are so happy with the outcome. Thank you so much to Rod and the team, we will definitely use this company again for any future work and highly recommend!
From the second we walked into the store we had a great experience with Camden Valley Floorworld. Rod was friendly, helpful and patient with us. We didn't feel rushed in making a choice and went back a few times for sample colours to see which option was best for our house. Installation was also seamless. Tam and his colleague did a wonderful job! They were lovely to talk to, patient with my questions and kept things as clean as possible during and cleaned up everything after they had finished. Their attention to detail was amazing. All in all, we would highly recommend CV Floorworld. We are extremely happy with the end result!
