My PC wasn’t displaying on my monitor. I tried fixing it myself through YouTube as I have a pretty limited knowledge on PCs but couldn’t figure it out. Although I think it was a pretty simple fix, Jake (one of the workers) fixed the issue within 1-2 hours and reinstalled the parts for me. Only costed me $22 and the problem was fixed when I booted up my PC. Super helpful and affordable.

I was in need of upgrading my failing hard-disk and at the same to migrate all the data from the old to the new drive. John at CPCS completed the job in 24 hours. He even went further and dusted out the old box and also reset the processor with new heatsink paste. Top stuff. High recommend.

I had a weird situation where i needed to borrow a CPU to do a BIOS upgrade on a motherboard. The owner let me do what i needed to do and charged a fair fee for the job. I was super happy with the result!

Have been taking my computer to these guys for years. They are always helpful and good value for money. They provide great remote support and are always happy to answer my layman computer queries.

First visit: solved my problem with a tablet and offered "no charge". (I paid anyway.)

John went above and beyond to help me get my computer working. He could have just sold me the memory and left me with the problem but took the time to really solve the problem and give me a great experience and I am so grateful.

I have to edit this as indeed I was incorrect in my last posting due to a wasted trip to town. My internet research told me I could purchase a usb wifi adapter for around $15. However the product I looked at was significantly more expensive. A few days later (after disgruntled last posting) I visited Narellan and found that yes, I could of got cheaper but was less quality and not as effective as what CPC were actually supplying, and as pointed out to me very little support or after sales backup. So nothing actually wrong here, and a rare instance where obliging desk staff did not apply high pressure selling, which was much appreciated. " The customer is not always Right". I will be returning soon to look at some wifi extenders and support the local vendor.
