Cambridge Hotel Sydney

The motel is lovely, the rooms are great, the staff on reception are excellent and can't do enough for customers, however the manager is offhand continually rude, has a bad attitude and his body language is that he doesn't care about customers just there for money and to do very little what a shame

2017 stayed here was a nice hotel clean.close stations. Nice food wee had the buffer breakfast.

New renovation and new building coming built by Hutchies one of Australia's best and largest builders

Hotel is strategically located.near Hype park, Aus Museum and a fair (30mins) walk to Sydney Opera House wooot, wooot. Price is fair as well. Highly recommended.

Had been to a company off-site here. We had booked the conference center and it had a weird smell in it. Also the ceiling just outside the conference center was leaking (where the red scooter is parked). The conference room got stuffy as the day progressed.

Our stays at the Cambridge are usually great but this time we stayed in one of the express rooms. They are a bit noisy and unfortunately the house alarm clocks went off at midnight. Then the room next to us went off too. The hot water took ages to come through in the shower. Great location. I would recommend the regular rooms at the Cambridge.

Parking not suitable and staff had no idea of how to solve this problem, sent me back to the booking who said it was the Hotels problem, back to the Hotel who could not or WOULD NOT help. Rooms very over priced for what they offer. Much better Hotels around this area. NOT GOO AT ALL.

Best location and fantastic staff and hotel rooms are above average. No need to stay in Darling Harbour and have to walk KMs to get anywhere.everything is on your doorstep

Kind of dated and not great value for money. We moved to another nearby hotel and got a much better deal and more space.

Nice hotel with most of the basics but the shower was just a joke. Had some hot water the the flow was more from the sink tap. We can hardly wash under it.
The room was clean with good beds and the staff were nice and helpful in a good location.

I first stumbled across this hotel back in 1999 when it was called (from memory) The Cambridge Park Inn, and has been my go to place for accommodation in Sydney since. (Except for one time when my partner at the time insisted we stay at the Hilton, probably a reason why that relationship ended!) I have stayed here around 14 times since that first time and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and efficient, the hotel is super clean and comfortable and the position can’t be beat.
Having just spent another 4 nights staying here, it has again proven to be one of the best hotels you could stay in. Thanks again to all the staff at The Cambridge for making my stay so great.
If you’re looking to stay at a place that is fuss free and easy and has you feeling as comfortable as you are at home, The Cambridge is a perfect choice for your accommodation.

It is a good place. The rooms were clean and you had enough space to stay. Staff was very kind and when we left, they gave us a chocolate bar with your name.

Comfortable room, fantastic service. We forgot clothing in our room and a lovely lady went to all the trouble of putting it together including articles we did not even know we had left and mailed it back to us in Canada!

Large room, clean comfortable beds, quiet in the room. Excellent water pressure. TV not locked too quiet (I hate that at some places). Concierge courteous and helpful. Location is, of course, right in the middle of Sydney life. I'd definitely stay again.

This is a Boutique style hotel. The staff were excellent, our rooms so clean, nice views, the dining at Ground floor serving Breakfast really great value, and room service good also. Parking, a set fee, a tiny car park to maneuver in. I will go there again.

The rooms are okay, the service is average. Great place to stay if you love to pay $35 a day to damage your car. They did say that the parking it tricky on the websites but the entrance to the parking is most certainly fixable and from reviews here its not been fixed in a very long time, seems nuts to have to pay such a high price for parking and then potentially have to pay again later to fix your car, and given what they are charging for people to stay this is crazy. Wouldn't stay there again.

We had six rooms booked over the weekend of 4th to 8th October 2018 to attend a wedding in Sydney. The night function was held at Cambridge Hotel following the lunch time wedding off site. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole organisation and quality of our visit. Lots of little touches added to our stay and nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if the occasion arises. Adrienne Rhodes

Loved it! Fantastic indoor pool & spa, beautiful temp, both! Fantastic 24 hr front desk service. Excellently accommodating staff. Rm service was unbelievable & 24hr- awesome! Value for m ok n et y is above & beyond, EXCELLENT, STAY AGAIN ANYTIME!

Had a very relaxing time.very comfortable pillows and bed, clean, great location, overall good and service amazing wonderful staff. Thanks for the chocolate when I checked out
