A very lovely place to spend time with family and friends.
The winery has a fantastic view and tea room setup, extremely friendly staff!

Lovely winery. Food was fantastic (get the lamb and crushed potatoes), views on a sunny day, and nice grounds for a little walk. Staff were friendly, provided a bowl for our pup and were even happy to take a picture of us. You can reserve the little pink tea cup in the vineyard for high tea too. Definitely recommend!

Honestly amazing!
I booked the VIP high tea for my sisters Bridal Shower. I don’t even know where to start with how amazing this place is from the big tea cup, beautiful view, lovley wine and the most thought out details we all had a great day.
We happen to meet the owner Amanda and she is just the most passionate, dedicated, beautiful human and I’m so glad we supported a business that has so much heart and soul!

We absolutely LOVED our experience at Cambewerra Estate.
Highly recommend trying "The Michael" a delicious red wine. We stopped for lunch and the food was out of this world - really great quality and beautifully presented. The bavette steak was cooked to perfection!
Beautiful scenery and wonderful staff, we will certainly be coming back!

Great location
As locals we wanted to support a local business
This was a get together with a couple who were visiting the area
Unfortunately our lunch was not what we expected.
Surprisingly the wine was put on the table along with the wine glasses
We poured our own - thanks
A long long wait between entree and main course
Staff seemed extremely busy and unable to cope with the volume
I guess the most disappointing was the size of the main course for $36
Three prawns and a tortellini!
It was extremely tasty but embarrassingly small for the price
Can’t recommend the overall experience
There are plenty of other great wineries serving outstanding food with friendly hospitable staff and amazing service in the area.

Tried out their 3 course Autumn menu last weekend and it was delicious. There was 6 in our group and everyone went home very happy and full. My top picks were the beef tataki for entree, cornfed chicken breast for main and the gingerbread cake for dessert. And the charred broccolini was the best I’ve ever tasted. Also loved their Rose and strawberry daiquiri.

Location is Awesome
Food wise, I'd say, it was subpar. Unsure what happened there - maybe chef called in sick. Cocktail was good.

My girlfriend and I booked a wine tasting at Cambewarra Estate Winery and we fell in love with the food and wines. We highly recommend the Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and White Sparkling wines. Moreover, the food highlights were the wagyu steak, fried potato, and the king prawns meal.

The only three cons were the confused staff, table arrangement and small menu for the wine tasting. Nobody introduced us for the wine menu (what's common to happen at other wineries, at least the ones we visited before).

Even very friendly and helpful, staff kept bringing food we did not order. Moreover, the table was not very well positioned. Looked like a last minute arrangement.

Even though, we loved the experience and would highly recommend to anyone else to give it a try.

We stopped by on our way to our rental house to try the Chardonnay, and ended up loving the service and ambiance so much we stayed for lunch! The wine was lovely and the food was truly special - the chefs are very talented! I was too excited to take photos of the first two delicious dishes, the burrata and the seared tuna (both stunning), but managed to get one of the goat curd and caramelised peach dessert. The service was fantastic too, very friendly and attentive - everything was so great we’ve already booked another visit!

Thank you for such a beautiful lunch yesterday for my mums birthday. Everyone was blown away by the mains and the cake! Shame the rain kept us inside, but it was really lovely.
You guys did a fabulous job, looking forward to getting back again soon.

Edited after rethinking my review: Everything was beautiful but they forgot to make our dessert, which we were left waiting quite a while for and ended up having to leave. Bummer! Delicious wine though.

Oh my goodness!
A high tea at Cambewarra was our last stop on a hens winery tour and to say we ended on a high, is an understatement!
The owners and staff made us feel right at home, from the moment we got off the bus! Everything they served was delicious but the standout, by far, was the homemade jam that came with the scones
I can't recommend Cambewarra enough. I will be back again for sure!
Thank you for making our day

Arrogant owners. Terrible food. Wine not so bad. Even blocked me from replying after changing their original reply.

We visited on Mothers Day for a high Tea and were greatly impressed! The set up was adorable and the fact that the table was situated between the vines was such a nice touch! The tea selection was lovely and the food was quite good too - would love to return again!

I have visited a couple of times now and have received great service both times. All of the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. The venue is beautiful, with the outdoor seating being next to the grapevines and overlooking the hills. Large selection of wine, with the option to do a wine flight. I have only tried a couple of the lunch dishes (which were delicious), however, I need to come back to try the others.

I would recommend a visit if you are looking for a winery.

My party of 11 arrived to a table set up nicely on the lawn with a lovely backdrop of the vines.
The weather was chilly & very windy

We were brought our first wine tasting and my party were bearing the brunt of the wind & cold so I asked the waitress if we could please move to a table inside, she said she’d go check & came back & explained unfortunately there was no space inside due to other bookings
Next tasting - a huge gust of wind that knocked glasses of red wine all over the table & all over two my party

I pleaded with the waitress to move to a table out of wind (at this point the were two large tables free on the patio sheltered from the wind yet to be occupied) sorry no can do. I pointed out that our table cloth was wet through & that my friend had a red wine soaked table cloth sitting on her lap. She came back with a couple of paper towels which really couldn’t do anything. I asked for the table cloth to be changed, she kindly obliged to do & she asked if I wanted to speak with the manager to which I said yes

In the mean time while eating the bread another huge gust of wind appeared and knocked over a glass of red wine onto my friends yellow suede jacket. Our wine tour guide had also asked if we could be moved out of the wind and was told ‘sorry no’. When the waitress came back with the new table cloth I asked for a cloth and soapy water to try and save the jacket and asked to speak to the manager again (who’d not yet arrived)

When the new table cloth went down the waitress said ‘maybe this time keep ahold of your glasses. ’ - We were there for an expensive 3 course meal as well as wine tasting so I’m not sure how I can hold a knife, fork and keep a hold of a glass. I explained I was fearful of the food and wine getting blown over us in the wind and the waitress shrugged her shoulders and said try and do your best

The manager finally arrived and his first words were ‘So I’ve been summoned’ - no introduction of name/tittle or initial apology

I explained to him the issue and that reservation was booked months in advance - he said that the website states it primarily an outdoor venue. While it does mention/picture out door areas I couldn’t see where it says it’s all out side. I spent a fair bit of time researching the venue, l was excited by the chef and the menu options - we chose from the restaurant menu (almost the whole party had 3 course) - and I did assume we’d be inside in a restaurant

We asked what would happen if it was to rain - he paused & said umbrellas

After explaining I was upset and disappointed that my friends had travelled from Sydney for my birthday and spent a lot of money on the meal (pre-paid) and we felt we could not enjoy it/relax for fear of our clothes being covered in wine/food

He eventually had the table picked up & moved to the edge of the building which did offer some shelter from the wind - which I was grateful for.

The food was actually lovely when it arrived. There was a 35 min delay between entree and main. We also waited over 30mins for 2 bottles of sparkling wine ordered at the table (which we then made to pre pay at the bar for when a friend went inside to chase up after asking about it twice) - she went to the bar and started to be served by a waitress when the manager stopped her and said ‘I’ll deal with this lady’ - we then paid at the till for the wine & still waited another 5mins

When the bubbles arrived the waitress went to pour it into the red wine glasses that we had finished our red wine in. I asked for champagne flutes that didn’t have remnants of red wine in

I honestly felt so disappointed and on edge the whole time - I felt bad that my friends had come all the way down from Sydney and paid for an expensive meal to celebrate my 30th birthday & that we really couldn’t enjoy it. It almost ruined my day

The whole table debacle late for our afternoon tour stops which meant that our desserts had to be served as we were finishing our mains
A really poor attitude from the manager. Not once did he come over and check in after he was ‘summoned’ to our table
