Convenient on a corner of the Epping Hwy. Good for a quick car wash, a snack, a withdrawal & on your way. Easy parking as it is a large area for the garage.

On the afternoon of 14 November my heavily pregnant wife went to get her car washed after work well before her ticket expired, as she was unable to use it last time due to the long queue. As there was a long queue, she got to the keypad mere minutes after time ran out. This was after waiting in the queue for over an hour. My heavily pregnant wife wife had to get out of the car, and walk to the counter to explain only for the inconsiderate lady at the counter to basically tell her to go away. Didn't consider that she was at the car wash on time and just let her through. Unbelievable.

The clerk at the service station scammed me. I bought a 2 for $25 car wash ticket and she gave a 1 wash ticket, despite me paying the $25 dollars. When I complained they gave me a new ticket valid for 7 days. I bought another 2 for $25 ticket on the 4th of August, valid for 60 days. 3 days before expiry I went to the car wash to wash my car and the machine said that the ticket had expired. Before these incidents I would buy 1,2 for $25 ticket every month. Now I am not going back to these scammers ever again. Very bad customer service.

Usually a good price and has self checkout! However you can only access it on the way out of North Ryde, heading east

Waited 1 hour for the car wash to be done. It broke 3 times from previous cars. Then was told it doesn’t wash vans. No signs no response. Staff then had a condescending attitude do these issues. Workers are dirty and also push customers whilst walking to do work. Just very low class type of people.

2 for 1 car wash is a false/misleading advertisement - the machine will tell you your code is invalid on your 2nd visit (whilst the ticket is still valid).

The staff at the counter can’t prove when the 2nd wash was redeemed and will do absolutely nothing to help you.

Save yourself the frustration and wash your cars somewhere else.

Purchased a 2 for 1 ticket, and the machine does not accept the code when using the code at the second time whithin 10 days. The staff was unprofessional and told me I gave the code to others, how could that happen? I asked them to check which exact date i used my second car wash, was told they can't check the date and this ticket is not valid. The staff was saying they are not responsible for this problem and i should check the ticket before enter the carwash, just noticed that other people have the same issue but they refused to admit it or fix it. What a joke!

Nice place, the supermarket is quite big, got automative carwash, place for DIY vacume cleaning and air pressure compressor.very covenient place.

Great place to do ur emergency top up shopping. They have coffee to produce all.covered for you.

Not a very good Woolworths Metro. Staff can be very rude. Toilets dirty. Prices are high. Very poor food offers and expensive food.

Prices in store don’t reflect what they charge you. Need to double check the price with the cashier every time I go to buy something as they overcharge all the time

Great location for a quick drink for ya car. Usually good for petrol prices too, often slow to increase them during the price cycle. Recommended!

Highly recommend the 2 for $25 car wash if you’d like to get scammed and ripped-off. Waited forever in line only to find out that the code wasn’t valid though I was still within the 60 days validity. No help at all from the staffs in reprinting/resolving the tickets. Very rude and disappointing service.

I was pleasantly surprised with this gem in an ampol service station. Even on a late Sunday evening, it had a good choice.

Tried to get an uber order from here the attendant, keep cancelling the order. Than rang me and told me they don't have cups for take away coffee. Lair! I went later to check they just didn't want to prepare my order!

Every time I order from here they cancel 99% of the order and don't replace it with anything.each time I have ordered I bought 5+ items and each time I ended up either with nothing or a singular item. I would've walked if I just wanted a single bottle of Gatorade.

The Ultra polish car wash was a waste of money. It didn't dry my car properly. Upon making a complaint to JAI on counter, he started arguing that they never had issues with it. He was arrogant and unprofessional.
The staff needs to look after their personal hygiene as well, specially at this time.

My car broke down and the guys were super helpful and kind to deal with. They didn't have to be but they made my afternoon a lot easier and it's much appreciated.

This place has been recently renovated. Lots of choices, it's like a mini Woolies. It also has a car wash.

The line for the Car Wash takes forever, highly recommend avoiding if you can.

Also, the Vacuum and Air Pressure machine have been out of Order for as long as I can recall and I'd be surprised if the staff have any intention of getting these two functions fixed.

Bottom line: Wash your car elsewhere, complete waste of time and effort.
