Caltex Woolworths / EG Ampol Prospect reviews
16 The business itself is fine.
Maps directions getting into this place is not accurate, but it is the DESIGN of the driveways that mucks drivers up. Driveway is too close to Woolworths that Maps doesn't pick up island preventing turning into Service station driveway independently coming from Great Western Highway (GWH).
ENTRY- It tells drivers to turn right going north but that puts you into Woolworths carpark to have to go all way around.
A sharp u turn could be done at entry (if you DONT have other drivers, & don't want to cause them inconvenience trying to make service station driveway).
EXIT - Only allows you to turn left (back to GWH due to middle road island. Can turn around in next carpark (Return & Earn, if you are getting fuel & doing some recycling - multitasking multitask)
There is no one all the time when you go for fuel filling, it’s says label on glass “back in 5 minutes”
Nice and Clean,
New Employee very Kind and Polite
Roof still has leak 5+ years later
Rude staff. He was on his phone didn't notice I was there, then got angry that I disrupted him.
Super friendly staff, can get a little busy though. One of the better priced Caltex service stations.
Ok provided you have a 4cent discount voucher but if you don't the local independent stations are cheaper.
Put the cost of fuel 4c above other servos so you can use rewards car to get 4c off what a joke
The price is always cheaper than other Woolworths petrol and this is the only reason it has customers. All else is terrible - particularly access to the site itself and the inside of the store (which for some reason is locked in the middle of the day).
Most of the time their prices are expensive compared to others in the local neighborhood. It's very small with lack of products. With limited pumps you can often be left waiting. Best to find another station and save money.
"Price is OK but tiny spot to go in and out. Store has always closed have to ask the cashier if you to buy something, weird.
Horrific image me seeing same lady employed at servo, standing in front of it, just few meters from fuel pumps and smoking! Almost over 2 years l live in neighborhood passing that servo regularly and waiting for some tragedy to happen. Beyond unresponsibility! Woolies you can do better than that
Entry and exit is a nightmare and the cash payment via a manned window hole is a backward system - better if you guys automate.
Spots at pump can be tight and block other customers. Store has always been closed so need to ask cashier for items if you want a drink
Best service experience EVER. Every staff person is so kind and friendly. Just a little bit fiddly to park here for the petrol but what do you expect!
Average petrol station conveniently located next to a Woolworths. Prices are usually above what the average price would be.
Mix feeling. Staff is rude. But price is cheaper compare to area. Beware of robbery. The store has never opened door even once.
