Look at all the bad reviews about Wendy? I don’t understand how you keep that sour lemon in your workplace I’ve never met someone with such bad attitude before.

Just another fuel stop. Helpful counter staff on the last day I visited. Hence the review.

I was coming to fuel station just she the sign Ampol but that was easy and I lady worked their her name wendy she totally rude with me and misbehave totally use recessed I am not feel happy with her service I request to other customers not come to this fuel station for fuel bcoz need respect nd we rude to spoil your mind to face this lady

Caltex Woolworths at Plumpton shopping centre is the only place I go when I am serious about fuel.
They never sleep. Now that's a seriously committed service station this community knows, respects, and feels safe with.
Their fuel is sourced from every corner of the world.

I go here once a fortnight just to get a certain brand & flavour of soda, & the man who works there knows exactly what to get without me saying a word. What better service is there?

I would give zero stars if I could. The grumpiest lady works here by the name of Wendy who really shouldn’t work in customer service given her attitude problem.

Not even One star capability. Staff are very rude and has zero customer service. They never smile or say hi.incident date20//2/21 time at 1500hrs.

Do not let me use the reward card because it is just a digital photo. I lost my card and didn’t brother to order another just to save WW cost. The photo is as good and I sued everywhere else. The staff claimed that I could not prove that the card is mine and what if every else start using the photo and get used everywhere? But mate, just a fuel discount? Really? The reason for the reward card is to reward the loyalty customer and encourage more people shopping in WW, so isn’t it better if more pp sharing the card if that is really what he is worry about? And what’s worse is that he just gave the previous customer fuel discount even her apple wallet card won’t work. I even took out my shopping docket $150 and also pointed out the the photo card actually had my name on it, I can prove if he wants to see my diver licence, but all I get is a disappointed answer, no mate, can’t use photo! Double standard!

It's a petrol station, in a shopping centre carpark. Can be a mongrel to get out of at certain times of the day but you know, what can you expect.

They always have great people working here with the most friendly attitude. I wish it was my local petrol station.

They have all types of fuel available, located in Plumpton Marketplace parking area on Jersrsy Road, they are part of Woolworths reward program. They offer all typrd of furls including diesel. There are enough numbers of fuel dispenser available but their shop is bit small. I personally have found their fuel quality pretty good and price very competitive compared to other Caltex stations in this area. You will find a good service with little time to service at billing counter.

Lady name Wendy, something wrong with her. Never saw her smiling looks really frustrated with her life. Other staff is nice and friendly.

Busy petrol station with a nice lady staff! A big smile and friendly service makes a huge different!
