13They need to fix the air hose after coming off the beach I don't want to be bent over holding the hose on my tyres
Still branded a caltex/woolworths but because they are now an eg Australia they don't accept nrma discount which is accepted at all caltex service stations
The store was very clean, staff very friendly, plenty of pumps for fuel and a very handy location keep up the good work staff and management
Never have a problem with fueling up here, but prices are a bit more expensive than other local petrol stations.

Woollies in this station is quite big and very clean including the toilet which is very rare from other servos.
Gary from the counter is lovely, very polite, friendly and made our experience in this station extraordinary. He is a gem and I hope he gets commended for a job well done.
Good facilities and shop. Friendly staff. However, the price of fuel is significantly higher compared to other nearby suburbs (Windale, Gateshead, Charlestown, Glendale). I would like to see more competitive pricing.
Friendly staff at the service station. I only just bought my new car and I couldn’t locate the petrol door, the girl at the service station came out and assisted me. It is quiet big place to meet your needs on top of getting fuel. Great service

It shouldn't be a lotto agent, very busy with petrol purchases & people buying lottos.

I came to fill my car yesterday afternoon and there was a glitch with the petrol pump and both my and my car ended up covered in fuel. I let young woman serving me know and expected to be met with indifference or rudeness (as this is often the way with most businesses unfortunately) I was taken aback when I was proven wrong. She was lovely and apologized for the mishap and made sure I knew it wasn't my fault and I shouldn't feel silly. I really appreciated her empathy and the whole situation was handled extremely professionally. What would normally prompt me to make a complaint has been totally turned around by her demeanor and the excellent customer service provided. She is an asset to your company.
