Caltex / Ampol Cooma

The lady working in the shop was lovely and very friendly to my pregnant missus. She was super sweet to her. My missus, who hates public toilets, had to use the toilet while I filled up the car and was so happy with how clean they were.

Almost as expensive as the Jindy Ampol without factoring in the rewards discount (which this location doesn’t have).

Never thought I’d say this, but if you’re heading towards the snow, save your money and fill up in Jindy!

Petrol-wise, fine. Petrol station is well-maintained and has 98 ULP. However, store is a bit small and doesn't have much.

Note: despite being Ampol it is not part of Woolworths Everyday Rewards.

Amenities were so clean, well maintained, lady at the counter was so polite, postive start for the day

Very rude customer service. If you don’t buy, you can't use toilets. Don’t accept Caltex Uber discount and many more. I think Caltex need to take some steps. Thanks

Been a Caltex customer since day one, and customer service in this location was extremely Poor and rude. My kids weren't allow to use the toilet. I’m guessing that lady doesn’t have kids! Super rude and ridiculous!

Very pleasant staff, a little hard to get into being on the corner and if there is a few getting fuel it can get a bit squashie. Usually fuel at competitive price and on main road.

Very rude staff member, always use this station to fill up when passing through for work. Tried using the bathroom and was welcomed with angry comments. When exiting to grab my wallet to get some drinks was then also thrown passive aggressive comments. Won't be using this caltex again.

Fuel price was cheaper than others in the area but does not accept loyalty discounts such as NRMA. Shop does not have much variety of goods.

Fuel price was one of the cheapest in town. If u need to buy anything they don't have much in store
