Calibre Cleaning - House Cleaners Sydney

Other than the extensive lies, poor cleaning ability, lack of work ethic, a home vacuum cleaner that was full when the guy started (I'm guessing from the last house they neglected), them to take your money before the clean, offer you $25 to leave a good review, slow, make you miss appointments because they don't send the right people with the right gear.
I'm sure on the inside the company is great, but I'd rather get an STD than hire this cleaning company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Extremely unprofessional company, cleaners will not follow their own cleaning checklist and miss entire rooms, say things are extras that are supposed to be included and make things that were clean dirty. Satisfaction guarantee is a lie and will book the re-clean just to not show up and ignore messages and e-mails.

Paid extra to have balcony windows cleaned and they were a streaky mess. Showers and mirrors were all streaky and will have to call a different cleaner to come in and do them properly. Had to leave to UK urgently the next day after cleaning and emailed upon my return about my frustration and told that as it wasn’t within 48 hours they wouldn’t do anything. Terrible service. Would never use them again.

Yasser and his team were amazing. They were friendly, professional and went above and beyond for this end of lease clean (3br/2bth + balcony and steam cleaning). I would highly recommend them 10/10.

This is the second time I've used Calibre Cleaning and I gave them a good rating the first time. This was even better. Sabrina and her team were super efficient and very thorough, and the attention to detail was outstanding, and they carried out tasks that I was not expecting to be done.

I found the team that cleaned my apartment to be super efficient and the most thorough, professional clean I have ever had. They were also friendly and I felt comfortable having them in my home.

Fantastic experience. The Calibre team were very friendly and organised. The cleaning team Sunil did an thorough job, cleaning areas of the house we didn't think of, and even made sure to ask we were satisfied with the clean before packing up.

3 people worked so hard for approx 5 hours. Very happy with the results and value for money.

Paid $430 for a end of lease clean. Cleaner was an hour late, called me and said he was waiting for me at my front door.went to wrong address, waited for another 20mins. Turned up with a small travel bag and a back pack.no mop and bucket and a small vacuum you would use on a car. Looked like he just went to woolies and bought some window cleaner and spray @ wipe.
After 10 hrs he texted me he was finished. Inspected the work the following day.looked like nothing had been done. Toilet not cleaned, floors not mopped, shower no cleaned. Called Calibre and they said he would be back to re-clean. Just got a call from the property manager saying that the property needs cleaning. What a hopeless unprofessional mob these people are.

The team (Sally & Co) from Calibre Cleaning have been great to receive cleaning from. They're pleasant to deal with and have done a good job!

Sunil’s team performed an end of lease clean of an apartment rented for around 20 years with little referbishment. This was a very difficult clean but they did very well given the circumstances. I would be happy to use them again.

I am amazed at the work done in one hour by 3 cleaners. One washed down a wall in my study. They all swept and dusted my
front porch and cleaned my exterior windows. Very ecologically
sound. All very clean and not a drop of water used'

Booked a cleaning service with all information and explicitly asked if they would be able to do the service because if not we needed to book someone else. They were confident they would be able to come, repeatedly saying they would be there, but the night before we received a text saying they couldn't come. Very upset, don't recommend at all.

End of lease cleaners did not show up 2 days in a row despite continue "assurance" from the call centre that they would and/or they would arrange alternative cleaners.

Call centre staff were polite but completely useless at providing any kind of actual assistance. This seems to be a common problem as each team member would use the same scripted lines "we can assure you that this will be resolved", "rest-assured that we will solve the problem".

They were extremely poor at calling and providing any kind of update about why there was a "delay". I wasted so much time due to their poor communication.

Used first time today and I’m really happy with the clean! Outstanding! Will book again in the future!

A very bad cleaning service. The company did not seem to brief the cleaning staff clearly. I had booked one cleaning service with clear details on how many rooms and bathrooms and after an hour of cleaning the cleaners indicated they were told that it is an hourly job. It was a job half done, whatever they cleaned they cleaned well but even carpets in all rooms were not vacuumed. I paid extra for inside window cleaning but all windows were not done. Very disappointed.
