6 Had the worst experience with Yi Shen, extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He literally jumped in while I was talking like he was going to show me he was smarter. When I confronted him about his attitude and comment, he then tried to calm me down with excuses lol. What a waste of time.

Extraordinarily bad customer service! The caller would beat around the bush, and in general was difficult to understand. I thought I was being scammed at one point during the call.
