After a stressful, disappointing and substandard install by a supposedly reputable company, Lee Sutherland from Caesarstone thankfully came to the rescue! After his inspection of my Noble Grey countertops exposed a poor clean and stains left by the installers, Lee was able to (using his own supplies) fully clean and remove most of the stains and marks left by the installers. Very happy with the result! Lee was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks to Lee for being more than willing to help out and provide a solution so I didn’t have to deal with the installers again!

We used Caesarstone in our upgraded laundry and are very happy with the finished job. Hunter Valley Granite and Marble were great to deal with and we are very pleased with their workmanship.

The stone bench tops brought my kitchen to life. The color (Clamshell) worked wonderfully with my floor tiles and created a new look in what was a dull old kitchen.

Excellent customer service especially from Lee Sutherland. We had a few manufacturer defects in our newly installed stone and Lee was able to rectify and find a suitable solution for us.

If your going to put Caesarstone Benchtops, don't put 20mm, put 40mm that's the only think that I came across. 20MM if chopping on it, benchtop shakes all over, as 40mm is quite stable. Thank you.

Caesorstone cleaning kit is amazing. It removes all types of stains and can be used to clean variety of household items such tiles, rangehood, cabinetry, doors etc. We used the cleaning spray to clean rangehood filters and it literally made the filters brand new again. Highly recommended.

Michelle couldn’t have been more helpful showing us round the showroom and even matching colours and woods to the stones for our kitchen design. Stones can be seen in giant slabs which has been so helpful as small samples are so hard to choose from. Highly recommend and amazing service thank you Michelle!

We forgot to update our details for the warranty of our stone benches so we didn't receive our cleaning kit. Over 12 months our benchtops were looking horrible, and we believed nothing could clean them. Then I did the unthinkable, I used a bit of gumption to clean a spot. I was horrified that I scratched the buffed surface for life. I finally did our warranty details and received our cream cleaner. And what a miracle, it got rid of the stain that was left from the gumption. What a big relief. So highly recommend getting this cleaning product.

I am at the finialising stage of kitchen renovation, but I could not make my final decision on benchtop colour. Today, I met Michelle at Caesarstone Alexandria and she was amazing! Professional, confident and really listened to what I wanted. She did not limit my options, but not overwhelming. She was very informative and considering as if it was her kitchen.
