Very unprofessional. Must traverse 2 broken escalators to get here. Patients health records openly being discussed over the waiting room. Staff arguing with patients what procedures must be done. Receptionist asking who’s Medicare card is this (she has lost track). Patients waiting for appointments 60mins over their scheduled time. Cmon Cabramatta, we deserve better than this!

I went there this morning but I didn't complete my ultrasound because of the supervisor. He is named David. He was completely rude and disrespectful to me and the lady. Everything went well, the lady who did the ultrasound for me is very nice, gentle, polite and professional. David came into the room while we were in process but it was okay because the lady has asked me for permission. He was talking with his mouth full of chewing gum. Afterwards, I went to the toilet and came back he told me to wait in the toilet but I was waiting outside because it doesn't make sense to me (why I have to do so?) and again he tried to force me to get in the toilet but I refused and he told me to wait in the changing room. He turned the light on and talked to me without respect, with no manners. I feel stressed and uncomfortable. His behaviour completely looks like the Mafia or people who lack the knowledge of manners and respect. I told my husband and I left. I feel sorry for the staff and the lady that they have to work with David. I would like to give 5 stars to the staff because they are friendly, polite, respectful and professional but I gave 1 star because of David.
Don't wonder why this place is very quiet. If change the supervisor maybe this place can be developed in a better way.

Had my pelvis scan here, it is very clean and tidy radiology centre. And easy to find. The staff here are very friendly and skilful, had a good experience here.

Horrible experience. Do not come here. Ask your doctor for another referral. My ultrasound appointment was rushed as he allowed the next patient to wait in the room (after her repeated requests to go next were unheard). I barely had the chance to wipe the gel off before he rushed me off the bed and out of the room. How rude. Never ever dealing with these unprofessional people again. I went straight to my doctor with this feed back. I feel they didn’t do a sufficient job and now have to take more time off for another scan. How annoying

The previous reviews must be fake because I have had two experiences with this place and unfortunately I can't recommend them.

The first time, I had an appointment and ended up waiting over an hour to be seen despite this. People who came in after me were seen before me for some reason and no explanation was offered.

The second time, I booked an appointment at 1.30pm on a Saturday only to be called to move my appointment time earlier. I couldn't attend an earlier time and could also not make times during the week due to work. He suggested that I could look elsewhere. When I asked what time he was open on another Saturday he suggested that I better go somewhere. How rude to push clients away and also tell them off for being upset when their appointment had been moved by the clinic.

I took my wife here for an ultrasound and the staff and service was excellent. I would highly recommend using there services. I definitely would come back here again.

I got my ultrasound for my second baby done here professional with so helpful staff. If any bad comment here must be Jealousing friends or jealousing co-worker with their new growing business. They even offered my son some biscuits to settle him down while he waiting outside with my partner. ️️️️

I have noticed that the staff of this practice, give their own ratings. Isn't this a conflict of interest CamTu Phan and David Phan? And they also rate themselves very highly. 5 stars. I'm sure all of the 5 star ratings come from the staff of this practice, as they leave no comment. What a joke, don't go there. There are plenty of other radiological places to go to for your exams

I have had issues with my back for a while so I would talk to my doctor about it and I would be constantly told there is nothing wrong. So I had enough and went to the cabramatta Radiology clinic and got a scan, turns out I have issues with my spine. If it wasn't for this clinic I wouldn't have been able to have the diagnosis. Now I am getting physiotherapy to help my back.

I recently visited Cabramatta Radiology for a x ray & ultrasound scan.
The staff were so professional & helpful.
The equipment & premises were new & clean
I have been to several Radiology businesses & i can say this was the best.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I will be coming here in the future if I ever need a CT scan or ultrasound. Thank you.

I need a X-Ray test for my lung. My friend introduce me to go there. The first impression that this is professional service, the doctor is dedicated, and receptionist is friendly. I recommend everyone goes there to take X-Ray test if you want to find the centre.

My dad went for xray and ultrosound and a small Viet man was talking about him behind his back in vietnamese thinking he does not understand. Saying my dad is crazy and stupid with no reason. My dad can understand vietnamese and you should not talk about customers like that.do not come here!

The service was amazing. Everyone was warm and attentive. I would come to this place for any future X-ray, ct or ultrasound.
