2Good pricing however if your buying online, it may take 3-4 weeks to deliver after multiple calls, chats to demand an update.
I recommend you don’t buy Ubiquiti products from CablePro. I finally got a refund today after 26 days.
1. My online order was acknowledged immediately then
2.after hearing nothing for two weeks I emailed cable pro. Got a response saying it would be followed up urgently the following Monday.
3. Heard nothing Monday, so I emailed Tuesday, got email response saying waiting for update from courier and that they will email when they get the update. I emailed asking for a shipping number and which courier but heard nothing.
4. I called cable pro the next day and was told it had been picked and packed that day and would be couriered out the next day via StarTrack express. Still no shipping/tracking number.
5.5 days later I emailed for an update and asking for a refund if it hadn’t been sent.
No response.
6. Called the next day and left a message. No response.
7. Called again today - went through to the warehouse where I was told the system said still “in processing”, and that ubiquiti orders are not done in house.
8 warehouse guy was helpful and arranged refund via accounts in 5 mins.
I spent a couple of weeks worrying I’d done my money on a scam retailer, but no, they just have terrible systems and processes for online transactions.
