The owner told me in advanced what could and couldn't be cleaned with my jacket. I'm happy with the outcome.

Such perfection at their work, and honest opinions from the owner. Full of great suggestions of what to be done on a dress. Can't see any traces of the alteration, done with lots of care. The interactions are efficient yet very personal. Very reasonable turnaround.
