Only a tiny delay of about a week but it was understandable due to covid and shortages in staffing.   I was contacted promptly and was given a good explanation on the situation.

Very happy with our new stacking terrace door (complete with doggy door and security screen.) Not Happy about the time delay in paying deposit and signing contracts in October and having them finally fitted mid February.
We had been advised if sign and pay by end of October we would have them installed for Christmas. When enquired in November what date they were being installed, we were told early Feb.
Old doors taken away and new replaced in the one day. Pity it was a long wait to get them.

So happy with our new windows from B&W, we were lucky enough to get our installation completed just before our family arrived for Christmas. We went with the 1000B sliding windows, so easy to open. Our family were so impressed. My cousin is going to contact you in the next few months he wants the same as ours. Thank you so much for looking after us, we will highly recommend you to others.

Just won't to share my good experience as a customer with B&W windows.
I ordered all my windows from B&W and they where extremely professional and a high level of attention to detail in all aspects from the installation to supply. I have had all my windows changed and they are going on 15 years old and still operate the same as when they were first installed.
Extremely great quality and recently in the last 2 weeks enclosed my back area and purchased a 4m stacking door all I can say is it a work of art!
I would not hesitate to recommend them as they really impressed me as a organisation that care about there customers needs.

From the moment we entered the showroom until our product was installed we were extremely well looked after. Very happy with the finished product.

I couldn’t be happier, after doing a shop around and visiting a few window places I found B & W windows, a friend had recommended them a few hundred more then the other quotes I had got but after viewing the showroom I could clearly see they where fantastic quality, dealt with a lovely lady Trish who was very helpful and followed our sale all the way through assisting with our many changes, our installation finished today and I am absolutely over the moon with how they have turned out, I went with the 1000B sliding windows, they have transformed our whole house.
