I have just completed a renovation of my CBD office and used BVT to replace my aging carpets. Tim was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Appointment times (for both quote and instalation) were kept, he accomdated several change of installation dates from my side (caused by delays from other suppliers), and did a thorough and efficient job installing (including vacuuming my apartment and common corridor before leaving). I cannot fault the service and now understand why they have so many other 5-Star reviews.
