Butt Shoe Repairs

I’ve taken my RM Williams boots here to be resoled, re-heeled, repaired, glued, painted (you name it) three times over the span of nearly 5 years (1.5-2 years between every visit). Every single time they have been very reasonable with their turnaround time and have provided me with a superb quality repair and return to a near new condition that has lasted through the everyday abuse and test of endurance with the outdoor work that I do. The heel and soles are tough and have good endurance. This time they gave me a thicker, more durable sole so I am excited to see how this one goes.

Around 250 dollars for a new pair of insoles as well as a “complete care” type of service, refresh, and repair is by no means cheap but the quality is worth every cent.

I cannot recommend Butt Shoe Repairs enough and will continue to come back for future repairs.

Very overpriced. Charged me $90 for half sole on my shoes. Work was ok, but elsewhere it is $30-40. Won’t be going back.

I tried to get my shoes repaired many places, they did the job but which way i expected never happend, Finally someone told me to try Butt Shoes Repair in Westfield Bondai. Job was very good, very good customer service. I definitely will go back if needed any more support.

I had a Versace bag which needed some repair. My worry ended here when I discussed my issue and handed over the bag for repair.
Great workmanship and I must say my I am highly satisfied by their service. The bag looks like it was never damaged and I can re-use my favourite bag now.

Loved my experience at this shop, such friendly staff and they were opened during covid-19 while other shoe repair shops were closed. They fixed my shoes as if they were never broken. Highly would recommend them!

I have to leave the review. I use that place to repair my shoes for a year! I’m so happy about those jobs. If you have nice expensive shoes and you don’t know where to bring it for repairs. Here is the place where you can trust that they will do good job! My destroyed shoes have a second life for now.
They also do stretching for shoes which is great because not many places can make it.

Butt shoe repair has been our go to replace for engravings, embossings and repairs. They are very innovative and always up for a challenge.

Conveniently located on level 5 from the general parking entry. Friendly and fast customer service. I love their honesty, the shop owner has specific product knowledge. My first experience, once after inspecting my broken shoes, they gave me the price and explained the process (for repairing my shoes). They taught me, in future for high heels, it is best to apply a thin sole before wearing holes in my shoes. My second experience, I had a key cut, I was in and out fast - waited a minute. I will continue to use their services.

Out of curiosity, I stepped into the shop. There, the friendly staff introduced me to a beautiful pen. It was sleek to the touch; ink a sharp black.

Loved it! Bought it.

But that was not all.

I soon realised they do engravings.

I left with an elegant marking of my name on the new pen.

Of course, coupled with the fabulous embellishment and the shine of the silver pen, it became my favourite pen.

I went to Butt Shoes to get a tassel reattached to my favourite italian leather shoes and when I went to collect them, the tassel was missing. I asked the man who served me where the tassel was and he told me to come back later on that day to collect the shoes. When I went back, I was told that he had found the tassel and reattached it. This was not the case, the tassel had been lost and he had made another one which looks different to the original and the quality of the leather used is poor. I don't appreciate being lied to and I am also very disappointed as now I have two different shoes. Would not go back to this place.

Massive rip off - $25 to replace plastic tip on the sole of my my heels and didn’t even do a good job of it
