Butchers Buffet Eastwood

Best value for money. My family and I go here almost once every month. The food is always fresh, always tastes amazing and there is always quite a variety and changes mostly every time we visit.
The staff are extremely friendly and attentive!

Unable to accommodate solo person dining. Plenty of space still available but the guy at the counter would rather lose money and reputation than accommodate someone paying full price and eating for an hour. I have been to Butchers Buffet in the past and it's always been a good experience. Pity this has changed it all.

The food that we ate was good but the thing that disappointed me was the fact that there was a dead fly on our vegetables. When we asked a staff to take care of it, the staff snatched the plate, left and did not even apologise. I was extremely disappointed and at least expected an apology. Even though the manager apologised to us, the lady did not come back again to try to apologise or have us some sort of saying for this disgusting behaviour. I appreciate that the manager offered us a discount if we ever come back, however, we are never coming back since we are unsure about the hygiene of this place.

Pretty good quality food, nice atmosphere and looks pretty nice on the inside. Pretty good for a nice time with a group. Highly recommended!

Great food. Service was great. They were frequently changing the grilling plate without us even asking. Fried chicken, short rib and bulgogi was yum

This place has good quality food for a buffet and I’d actually say I liked this place the most out of the kbbq buffets I’ve been to. The staff were very attentive and changed the grill whenever needed. However, requiring for a 5-star review in exchange for the grand opening discount of 5% actually ruined the nice experience I had, especially because the two of us both had to leave a 5-star review.

Short wait time, good quality food and a self service with good staff that actively help customers. This is a good place to dine at.

Came in a group of 25. The staff were helpful, and the food was great. Just make sure you portion yourself- there's a charge for wasted food!

Very disappointed, WHY charge an infant under 1yrs $7.00 when she doesn’t eat anything. OMG ain’t coming back.

For a $47 per head, you’d think there’d be seafood available, but nope. Card payments also attract 1.7% surcharge

Good place for all you can eat kbbq. The meat selection is quite limited but has all the classics. The service here is exceptional and very attentive, constantly changing our grills when charred as well as being friendly. Would also recommend coming early as there is a long wait during peak hours of up to thirty minutes.

Brilliant food, great variety and great staff at a very reasonable price makes this restaurant an absolute must try in Eastwood. Can't wait to go back with friends and family.

Personally don’t understand the hype behind this AYCE, it is super average and rather priced on the high side, don’t forget to mention COVID restrictions is none existence. Tables are so close to each other.

For same quality of all you can eat, sejong is a good alternative

Had a feasssst, we sat for an hour and a half and it was more than enough time to eat. There’s some bulla ice cream lots of well seasoned and cooked sides. Only down sides are that the ttebboki is a lil undercooked and there’s not lettuce at lunch time to make your ssam’s but other than that everything is great. Tis yummy mummy

I agree with the previous review. Why an infant get charge for not eating? I think its unfair and disappointed with the service and food. Will not recommended or coming back. You just lost a customer.

The food was clean and very delicious. The service was also terrific. Definitely a restaurant I would advise to dine at.
