Excellent space for work team gatherings.
If you’re looking for a really affordable space for a small team offsite - look no further.
I book Bustle for our Sydney team to co-work together once per month as we’re a remote-first company. We book the ‘The Living Room’. The space has natural light and quirky decor which gives it a more cosy feel rather than a traditional sterile conference venue. Adequate tech & whiteboard is available and easy to use.
There’s a shared self-service kitchen and access to an outdoor balcony.
Excellent location - very close to Central Train Station and being in Surry Hills there are numerous cafes & restaurants to choose from.

Laura is very approachable, very communicative & quick to reply to emails.

Highly recommended and very likely to use Bustle again.

A few considerations when deciding to book the space to ensure inclusiveness;
- Not 100% accessible: Entry in Bustle has a long, steep staircase to access the main areas. Caution is advised for people with physical disabilities/limitations.
- Outside noise: Bustle is located very close to the Light Rail track line (Devonshire St). Caution is advised for people sensitive to loud noises or experience hyperacusis (bring along ear buds/headphones & should be ok).

I booked Bustle Studios for work, and we had a great time. The studio is well situated, beautifully set up and fully stocked. Laura was also an absolute pleasure to organise with. I wholly recommend Bustle Studios to teams looking for a space to work!

We had a perfect experience celebrating our friend’s Hens Party at Bustle! Laura was so responsive and easy to work with. The space comes with everything you could possibly need and is so versatile. The balcony was lovely for an outdoor lunch and the indoor space was already decorated so nicely. Thank you!

Great venue! We hosted our friends hens and it was easy to book, organsie and plan, everyone was very helpful, easy to get in touch with with concerns, and a great space! Would definitely use this space again!

The value of this space really depends on the type of work you need to do… for conversational meetings around a whiteboard, it’s great. For computational work not so much. It has a kooky AirBNB vibe, full of magazines and odd bits of decoration, but it doesn’t have any ergonomic desk space. Nice balcony area for lunch, great location.

Laura is such a delight to deal with. I am renting a virtual office at Bustle Studios with access to meeting rooms when I need. Also attended several events there and hands down, best host I ever came across. Highly recommended!

The legal team had a great day using the Living Room at Bustle Studios. The set up really helped with the energy of the day, and to get out of an office environment. Great natural light. We also supported the local businesses for morning and afternoon tea and the Thai restaurant for lunch. We wandered up to Humble Bakery in Holt Street, and they sell delicious cakes and biscuits which we devoured utilising the roof garden. A great low cost venue, which suits any age.

What an incredible and affordable space! Our organisation recently held a team planning workshop at Bustle Studio. The space had so much charm and character and offered all the facilities we needed - AV, whiteboard, flipchart, private bathroom. We also had access to a well-stocked kitchen, small balcony and a shared outdoor space on the rooftop. Bustle Studios is self-serve, but Laura was only a phone call away to answer any questions. I highly recommend Bustle Studios, particularly if you are looking for something different to your average conference room space.

I rent a registered office address from Bustle Studios, because my business is not open to the public for the required number of days and hours.

It’s a wonderful service that Laura offers, and it’s the best price around. She always promptly notifies me when mail arrives, and it’s very easy to pop in and pick it up. She also offers to open your mail and let you know what’s inside so you can decide whether it’s worth the trip to collect it.

Bustle Studios is right near Central Station so it’s easy to get to by public transport. Parking is a little tricky, but there are back streets nearby that generally have a spot.

It also looks like a lovely space to rent for team building days or hens’ nights.

Highly recommended.

Working with Laura to plan our event was an absolute dream! We had to make a last minute booking due to extreme weather and she was so accommodating and friendly. She was amazing! The space is beautiful! Very inviting and lots of great little decor touches. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. We were able to connect to the Bluetooth speaker which was great. I will 100% be using this venue again and I will be recommending it for sure!

What a glorious space for a small event. We held our AGM at Bustle Studios. We brought dinner and there was a beautiful balcony area where we were able to eat, then a great meeting space for the AGM formalities. Really lovely, easy, comfortable and classy.:) Thank you so much for your support of charities too.

Bustle Studios is the coolest co-working space I’ve been to. The space, decor and environment is friendly and inviting and it’s super close to Central Station. Booking the room was simple and communication with the team at Bustle Studios was clear and responsive. I’m so glad I found this place and will return for future co-working events.

This is an excellent space - natural light, has character and nice touches (like a range of tea and coffee) that make it feel more like an Airbnb than a traditional conference venue. Close to the train, very professional communication and tech easy to set up.

Both facilitators were very nice

and the 2 platters they provided

for the numerous participants

attending that evening and

themselves were delicious.
