Internet saved just in time for the holidays, thanks to Business Telecom's stellar service!

A Friday morning surprise awaited me: no internet! Panic set in as deadlines loomed and holiday plans hinged on connectivity. Fortunately, Business Telecom came to the rescue.

Meg, a friendly and efficient customer service representative, tackled the issue head-on. Though she couldn't pinpoint the problem herself, she promptly dispatched a technician to my office. He quickly diagnosed the culprit: a damaged NBN cable several blocks away. My heart sank – internet-less holidays seemed inevitable.

But then, Meg stepped in again. She worked her magic and managed to reroute my connection through an alternative line. By Monday morning, my internet was miraculously back, saving my week (and sanity)!

What impressed me most wasn't just the swift resolution, but Meg's proactive approach. She understood the urgency of the situation and went above and beyond to find a solution, even on a busy Friday. Thanks to her dedication and Business Telecom's efficient service, I can now enjoy a seamless internet connection and stress-free holidays.

Michael came to my office to discuss the updating of our phone system and he was very thorough explaining everything and made it extremely easy. The planning and installation process was seamless and I received regular communication. The production of our messages on hold was delayed a little and hence a little rushed, however the overall result was very professional.

A special mention to Richie and Adam who's service was awesome. Richie was attentive and responded immediately to all my questions, and Adam is a very skilled technician and was very patient with us when he provided the initial training. As an added bonus Tania is also coming next week to provide us with a more in depth training session and to check how we're coping with the new system. Thanks guys great service all round.

We had a change of phone system and prior, during and after installation Elenita Munoz was very good at informing us about the whole process.
