Burbank House & Garden Erina Heights reviews
46A beautiful nursery in Erina Heights. Helpful staff, vast range of plants and garden needs. Excellent quality plants.
Lovely lunch inside the garden centre. A musician comes regularly too. Beautiful nursery, not too big. Great guest speakers in plants.
Great selection of plants
Great staff.knew their plants and products and gave very professional advice. Nothing was too hard.
I was treated like a person and the staff were.polite and whilst in outdoor and indoor sections the staff were very professional and if they were unsure they would seek advice from a senior professional
Can not fault anything about my shop at this nursery.
I will definitely be back.
The paths are wider and mobility accessible. The staff very helpful. The food in the cafe original and delicious and a huge range of garden accessories inside the building.
I have wanted to buy a gardenia for some time so went to Burbank Nursery yesterday.
Had a lovely woman help me (unfortunately l have forgotten her name) and she found me a beautiful gardenia, very green, healthy and full of buds.
She also gave me good advice on how to care for it and then very kindly potted it for me in the pot l purchased from them.
Great service, great, healthy plants and evidently they have a cafe which l look forward to visiting.
Definitely recommend this Nursery
Nice spot inside the nursery for a bite amongst the plants etc, just b aware cafe dose close early
A few weeks ago I went to Burbank Nursery purchase a few plants. While I was there I decided to order from the cafe. The service was very poor but that isn’t my main concern. I ordered a egg and bacon roll as I was ordering I noticed that the roll had onion relish I asked the young girl who served me if I could have bbq sauce only and explained to her that I had a severe allergy to onion. My food arrived and I took two bites of roll and noticed they had put onion relish on it. With that I collapsed and they had to ring an ambulance to attend to me. Not one staff member came near me to apologise after incident. My question is why when you explain to staff why you can’t eat a certain food they go ahead and put it on or in your meal anyway. I’m sure the people who serve you think that your being picky but they need to listen to their customers. Very disappointed in Burbank Nursery. Wouldn’t go back again and they need to train their staff to listen to their customers. I’ve not been well since incident. Could of been a more dangerous situation. A big thank you to the people in cafe who helped me.
Hubby and I purchased vege pod, plants and soil etc with the expert and friendly guidance from Sam. It was late on Fri afternoon and he went above and beyond to help us, advising us novices on do's and dont's and best options and even loaded our car. His knowledge and passion truly inspired and excited us to get started.
Good selection of different plants that you won't find at Bunnings depending on when you go.
Ok, this isn't Nanna's nursery. There are some pricey items here and some interesting plants too. They have a great gift range here, if you want something quirky or stylish you'll find something here to suit.
Parking can be a hassle if you're parking out front. Not a great store for folks with walking frames or wheelchairs.
Cafe is quite good, great range of stuff to nibble on.
Really nice experience with each visit.
Staff are customer focussed and it is a pleasure to walk around the nursery both inside and out. Plenty to choose from! Also you can experience the Cafe inside as well -
Always love visiting here. Coffee is perfection, and I've had a few meals here too now which have been very nice. Plants are excellent quality, reasonable prices and a great range.
I love how organised the plants and home decor are, makes it a very pleasant experience just having a browse.
Fantastic garden centre with a great selection of plants, pots and giftwear to choose from it also has a cafe that was unfortunately closed when we visited. Definitely going back soon
The gift shop & plants are really beautiful. AVOID the cafe the food was disgusting leather like pastry not even warm. The coffee also was tasteless. This place to be avoided if you like your food & coffee fresh. Very disappointed!
Tim went above and beyond to put together a birthday gift for my Mum over the phone. Excellent service and beautiful plants!
AMAZING SERVICE! I couldn't believe how informative the staff is at burbank nursery, so helpful with providing intense information on just one plant that i was inquiring about. Thank you and I'm so grateful of the time spend with me. Cheers
Great advice and service. Able to find two lovely hibiscus plants at Erina heights, and two mandevilla plants at Kincumber store. Planted in my front garden now!
Would be my favourite in Gosford area has a super large selection of top quality plants.good selection of Aroids along with most plants. Good coffee lounge too.
Visited with my elderly mother, her favourite nursery! Very helpful staff, easy to get around, lovely coffee too! Variety of plants amazing and all so well looked after. One suggestion, if I may, a bench seat near the exit would be handy for elderly people who stand around for very long. Will visit again!
Variety, quality of stock, excellent prices, variety immense, professional, friendly helpful staff, good coffee and menu items available in cafe
