Decently sized store, most of the staff are quick to help you, great staff, and they do host alot of community events there but sometimes it feels like they will prioritise personal conversations over customer service.
Layout is great, well stocked and decent bargains to be had on clearance items or damaged stock. Also Saturday Snags are great

Brilliant knowledgeable helpful staff on the floor. Made a mistake with my purchase and the lady at the counter eagerly helped me with the refund process.

I love their pet range and it is the main reason I come instore now. There's only one thing which has made me give 4/5 stars; Please lower the leads and collars, especially the happy tails range. They are placed so high up above a shelf of other products that you can't read the prices easily or reach them and end up having to find a broom or some other object to knock the products off the shelf, which then fall on you and you can't put them back either so staff will have a clean up job. I won't ask for assistance because I know what I'm looking for in my dogs products and I need to be able to look and inspect and I don't need someone to stand there during my shopping sessions grabbing individual products for me wasting their time while I look and decide, which could take up to half an hour as I'm very particular about my dog gear.

There is never anyone here to help and when it comes to tools, they are clueless. Hopeless place! The worst in Australia for me and I've been to many.

One of the most friendly and helpful bunnings I've visited in NSW! The team are always ready to help and go out of their way to make sure we get what we need.

Has everything a Bunnings should have, unlike Cowra Bunnings, Young store is huge. I won't be going to Cowra Bunnings anymore.

Great place, getting better. Huge range. The staff are the best and most helpful of any store in the area
Bare rooted fruit trees, berries and rises are in stock also all your winter flowers

Great service and quick in and out.but u need to improve ure customer service as I went in there to buy an few items when I finally found someone they didn't have an clue as to what it was I was after gate latches mate if ure going to open an big hardware store u need to help ure customers out of found what I needed at miter 10 the staff in young miter 10 were way lot better than Bunnings way better it's not the first time I had issues with Bunnings in young.they should learn from some of the city Bunnings stores where the service is great young Bunnings need to retrain their staff.sorry but it's true.

Friendly staff lots of products but $149 wheelie bin, mitre 10 wheelie bin $109 and/or $99 same size. So Prices are higher but you only think it’s cheaper as we all have been led to believe it’s cheaper.

I cant compliment the staff enough.don't know what's happened but keep it up.they were so helpful i went out the door smiling.

Plant section outside looked a little sad, but otherwise the store was great. Everything I needed was in stock and easy to find and the person who served me was friendly.

Lovely place to go! Went there yesterday afternoon and two there were two lovely girls at the paint desk that helped me with what I needed. Very polite and happy to help! Good to see in a store!

Have never had a bad experience in the shop never known staff to be more friendly and helpful, if it's not there they will order it.

I traveled from Peak Hill to Young on the 31st December 2021 to pick up 3 wardrobes that I had organised with Charlotte over the phone the day before, she went and checked the stock and said to me that there was 3 left, i asked her to put them aside for me as i will drive down the next day to pick them up, she said she will put them out near the Trade Desk and put my details on them and that she did, i arrived around 2.30pm and asked where they were and was directed to t he trade desk where i met Dylan and he showed me where they were, he asked where i was parked and directed me to drive in and I could load them, there were 6 very large cartons that he came over and assisted me in loading the 6 into my trailer, then i went and paid, 2 great trust worthy employees you have there Bunnings Young. Well, everyone I spoke to was more than helpful.

So far so good. Staff are friendly. Alot like most Bunnings, unfortunately it's not a "Bunnings warehouse" so they have to order in things.

It's a Bunnings. It's new. It has plenty of parking. It's easily accessible. It's in Young which should benefit the town in the long term. Great for employment opportunities. It's a smaller format store so it's merely huge. The range of items is good but I still had to go to Mitre 10 to get a particular door entrance set. And it's not necessarily the cheapest. For example a pair of leather work gloves were $11 at Bunnings and $7 at Aldi for a pair that looked like they came out of the same factory. I hope all our hardware stores can continue to co-exist.
