Am most impressed with a young assistant LUKE, who showed patience and understanding, and helped solve a problem that seemed to have no solution. Luke took time to explain what needed to be done.well done young man. Margo

The best customer service. You feel like the staff are your friends.professional, caring and lovely environment:) Keith helps the customers and greets them every time.

I avoid this store where possible.some female team members need a lesson in manners and service.i have never called my customers "little chicken" or told them surgery stories.some lines of respect need to be maintained.i avoid most team members, they dont have pride in their work or actual experience.

Big store and friendly staffs however the entrance and exit need to be improved. Small cars will have issue if you drive ‘fast’. Self check out area sometimes does not work so you may need to wait in long queue in rush hours

Some of the staff at check out always seem unhappy. They are always talking amongst them selves about others within the store. Otherwise what can I say, it's a Bunnings store so your going to get what you want for the weekend.

Boss sent me there to get a set of skills.apparently I don’t have them. Great service from most of the staff but some of the workers are a bunch of tools

I couldn’t be happier with the service at Wollongong Bunnings. Ken helped me with my purchase of a new fan. He was so nice and helpful. He deserves a Paton the back. I love ️ Bunnings.

Bunnings is a great place to buy cleaning products n other things like lawnmowers, whipper snipper, hoses etc.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I still think they could do a bit better with there prices when haha but anyway it's a great all round place to go when you need supplys

Always happy with our visits but on this occasion item not available. Staff explained it is offered for sale at intervals but it is not a regular stock item. We went to an independent trader and was able to purchase the hand tool.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Usual great range of items. Had what I was looking for in store, as per their app.

Great service by Nursery Manager, Michelle, who reduced the price of two fairly damaged plants I wanted to buy. Michelle knew immediately that my request to get a mark-down was feasible and it was pleasing that I didn't have to make a huge fuss in order to get value for money. Thank you, Michelle.

Called Kembla grange was given a part number to show Wollongong store so they told us its down that way couldn't find it and the worker was too lazy to show me where it was. FIX YOUR STAFF BUNNINGS AND PUT KN MORE STAFF TOO.

What I like about bunnies is it can pick up garden tools all kinds of tools for the garden and car parts furniture garden equipment parts and that's why it's good

Went into wollongong to get a metal vacumm pole and black end that moves alone the floor and i asked a young do you sell vacumm pats he replied No we dont. Personal sell the vacumm but no replace parts what a joke. He then said kembla range sell them but they haf a covid case so wasnt going down there wollongong bunnings let me down use to bw reallu good.
