Bunnings Warringah Mall reviews
51 Big shout out to Cherie and a big thank you for your excellent friendly knowledgeable customer service Gizmo my dog gives you 5 paws
Thank you very much Cherie
I got served today by Cherie. Cherie is such a lovely lady, she is friendly helpful knowledgeable and professional. She helped me out with everything I wanted and I left the store feeling happy. Cherie has excellent customer service skills thank you so much.
Billy is the goat, the Billygoat. Top customer service and deserves to be head of customer service Australia wide. Thanks for the help Billy, made plumbing a breeze.
Worst Bunnings hardly any stock only 3 staff 2 weeks before Christmas all VERY unhelpful turned around when they saw people coming and only 1 person at the till with a whole line.
The best Bunnings I had ever been to. Staffs are friendly, helpful, and professional. Great customer service. Highly recommend!
What can you say about bunnnings staff are very helpful prices are great and pretty much cater to your needs no mater what
Paul from special orders is AMAZING. My kitchen is fantastic. Paul was so helpful. So thankful for his support. He even drove to other Bunnings on his days of to get my stock. Thanks Paul
Not the largest but, defo the goto for me. Staff are awesome which is the trade off vs not having the larger range yet, I'm 100% ok with that!
This store has been here for years, as a Bunnings as previously as a now defunct hardware chain. This store has progressively become less and less stocked, and more and more sad. It could do with a major refurbishment and a bit stock improvement. A lot of useful items are missing or in the minority. It could do a lot better. That being said, the staff do their best with what they have and are generally helpful and friendly.
We were first in line at the register, but were completely ignored by the staff. We were ok if the staff was trying to help another customer, but to be completely ignored after patiently waiting for 5 minutes or more is just bad customer service! We were not given a receipt and had to ask for one as well.
Young employer tried to misleading an elderly over return process, very rude and unprofessional.
Would give minus score if possible, service at Bunnings Warringah is terrible, young male at service counter raised voice and gave bad behaviour toward an Asian elderly, refuse to return an item purchased in store and clearly on receipt. Me; my family and my community will not going there for anything anymore, poor Bunnings.
Would give 0 if possible. Visited Monday 8/9/22 at 1.30pm and came across Bob who said he wasn’t from that store and to go hassle someone else, we were confused as to why he couldn’t assist or get someone to assist, he just kept mouthing off was very rude & unprofessional. Will be making formal complaint as he should not be dealing with customers. Needs training and a warning!
This is the closest Bunnings to visit for us and most of the essential items are available but the place has a limited size and some other Bunnings close to this one are way bigger with larger variety.
I still prefer this Bunnings as it is easier to find someone to help when needed.
Too small and just not like any other Bunnings, maybe ok for tradesman that needs something quick and is near there
The aisles are narrow, made worse by staff leaving their packed work trolleys in the aisles unattended. Today, I was looking for a product when a short, aggressive female employee drove a motorised powered lifting platform into the same aisle and rudely ordered me out of her way so that she could find something on top of the shelves. No 'please' no 'thank you' from her. This arrogant employee needs training in how to treat customers courteously.
Convenient location with proximity to mall and bus stop. Has a limited selection since it is a smaller store
Probably the worst stocked Bunnings in NSW. I can't recall a time I've ever been there and been able to get everything I need. 2 stars is purely for the convenience of it being at Warringah Mall.
Bunnings great place to buy all your DIY needs, staff mostly knowledgeable, but is a hit and miss.
I have a disability parking permit, and most times I can get a park right near the front entrance. The staff are very understanding, if I can't find any products I'm looking for they'll go and find it/them for me. I have a Vertigo condition: PPPD, I can't stand without support, no balance. I can walk a short distance but have a fear of falling standing still. There is a wooden bench seat that I can sit on, near the paint section. Sadly yesterday, the product I needed was out of stock. Bunnings Assistant, suggested where else in Brookvale I may be able to get it. Prices at Bunnings are usually very reasonable.
