Bunnings Wallsend

I gave 5 stars only due to the helpful lady who went above and beyond for me today JoJo, from 30mins in irrigation to garden and furniture whilst helping other customers. She is an asset to your company. Whilst she was amazing I felt bad that there didn’t seem to be other staff members around. I felt bad for needing so much from her but she was understanding and helpful. What a gem she is, thank you so much jo! If only all staff were like her.

Had to go there twice before they sorted out the click and collect that wasn't worth waiting for the order to be complete.
Not impressed

The lady in the refund department needs to learn customer service. I returned my faulty vacuum cleaner but her customer service was not good.

I had a lovely encounter with a Bunnings employee named Susan. She was working at the garden register. She went out of her way to help me. “Thank You Susan”

It’s a Bunnings. They have tools and hardware and timber and plants and patio furniture. Like every other Bunnings. The people are helpful and polite. It’s easy to get to.

Closer to my local, i love how all the stores are set up the same way, makes it so easy when your in a hurry to go to that area and get what you need and get going again. Always heaps of parking and trolleys, im forever getting Choline which unfortunately the Singleton store doesn't have, but most of the other stores carry a good supply and with their helpful staff im able to get my SH and get to the next job. Great service and friendly staff always ready to help out in anyway they can.

Will definitely not recommend this Bunnings, in particular with the trade area.

As of the 31/10/2021, I had a great experience with the customer service trade desk. Unfortunately the young fellow on the floor in the trade area was hopeless with not being able to assist and made himself disappear to the point where the trade desk had to call out several times on the loudspeaker for assistance to no avail.

I felt like a Bunnings volunteer employee with having to cut and unpack the insulation packings myself from the upstairs area and then bring them down for loading.

Don't like to put a negative review like this, but had to be mentioned.

Staff is very helpful, we got a vacuum cleaner from Sydney store and it stopped working. We actually lost receipt we went to kotara Bunnings and staff there was so rude and said they can’t do anything. But we come to WALLSEND and girls at the information desk was so helpful they even got our receipt from Sydney store and did our replacement in 5 minutes.

Very low on stock and some items completely out not very busy today very covid safe at present.

Was called in to pick up an out of stock item that came into stock.
Was given the run around about were to pick the item up from when I got to the correct counter the second te the staff were fairly disinterest and seem to want lots of confirming info even though I was there at the appointed time and my name was clearly marked on the goods and it was the second time at that counter.they seemed to trying to make it as difficult as possible.

Had trouble finding a product, looked everywhere, couldn't find it anywhere, staff were very helpful, thanks bunnings got it straight away

My husband went to buy some plants and paint today to this store. The people in the paint section were not willing to help him find the paint when he showed them a picture and asked for help.
Though the store was very busy, the employees in the other sections were willing to help, but none from the paint section - they seemed rude and stressed. Wonder why?

Like any other Bunnings in Australia you can find virtually anything you’re after. I find that it’s harder to get good help them it used to be. When they first started they hired a lot of older guys with a lot of experience, seems like they’ve been replaced with younger cheaper staff that don’t know much about anything.

A fantastic place to visit, had everything we needed. Asked about gas bottle getting filled here but they don't do. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We take our little dog it's her favorite store as well. Covid safety in place.would recommend.

James from the tool shop helped me find some Allen Keys. Went absolutely above and beyond.

I’ve been in Newcastle for 4 weeks and have to say he provided the best customer service I have ever received in my life!

Being a garden person I wandered around the plant section drinking a hot chocolate that i bought from the Bunnings takeaway.
I enjoyed my 'timeout' very much. I will definitely do that again.

Harassed twice for no mask by very rude rent a cops even though I am exempt. Should learn how to approach people with respect

Big store, great parking and happy, friendly and helpful staff!
Much easier to get in to and out of then the kotara store and usually has more stock, might be slightly bias as it’s my local store but if your tossing up between the two I would definitely go to Bunnings Wallsend!

Bunnings Wallsend is alright. They had all the products we wanted. However, the non of the team members asked if we needed help. Would recommend going to Kotara warehouse where the team members are far superior
