I'm going to Hudsons next time. Bunnings would have to be the worst place for all your hardware needs

Thank you for the great Christmas event for the kids last night. The first time we have been and the kids had an absolute ball. The police car wasa huge highlight, yes even though a karen complained. You were all so amazing and helpful. You put so many smiles on those little humans faces. Which this time of year is so lovely to see. Well done wagga

I would post 10 stars if the option was available! ALL staff extremely helpful and pleasant, but especially Elizabeth in Landscaping who went gone above and beyond in assisting us with purchasing pavers. The store is well-stocked, inviting, and it is easy to spot what you need. Have not encountered long wait times, and service in all departments is excellent. WELL DONE WAGGA (Y)

It's Bunnings. Typical mediocre product and the destroyers of old time hardware stores that offered exceptional quality and service.

I'm new to the area and not used to such a big store and City so found it hard to walk around looking for what I wanted and very few staff around to ask. I couldn't find everything I was after and I was exhausted so had to leave. I got the important things to get a job started though.

It's good to have fellow customers, ask you for ADVICE, because they can't find staff &
they acknowledge it

Always bountiful staff who are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Always a great range of stock and always happy to help for orders or returns.

Fantastic service, we ordered a plant and the lovely Susie's assistance was very much appreciated, what wonderful customer service she had went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our order, thanks Susie

One of the female staff unfriendly and looked annoyed when I asked her where the tyre valve caps were.
I am so sorry I annoyed you.
It just made me wonder why she got this kind of job if she hates helping customers when they are in need of help.

Like all Bunnings stores, it is large, plenty of cars in carpark, plenty of people inside, female employee will give you a happy welcome, same as at the checkout, highly recommend this store.

The staff in Bunnings Wagga are very accomodating especially Geoff, who helped us with our Product return (mower, blower, snipper) and found us a better deal for costumer satisfaction. Keep it up guys

Loved the knowledge and eagerness to help by the Paint staff, eg Michelle. True artist in colours and design ideas. Will seek her in the future for all renovation projects.

The two stars are for Jim who brought our purchases out to the car, he was great.
10 minutes earlier, I approached a lady who looked as though she wasn't in the middle of anything and as I approached her she suddenly starts walking towards me and walks past me? ! Um excuse me I need some help in the BBQ dept.
"I'm actually looking for a representative for the air conditioning dept at the moment". Okay well I want to buy a pizza oven so ready when you are. 5 mins later she comes to the BBQ dept. "I'm still trying to find someone". 3 mins later, she reappears. "All of our BBQ guys have knocked off for the day". Look I just want to buy a pizza oven, I don't even need any help with it, just someone to carry it to the counter. Thankfully she hands us over to trusty Jim who handled it from there. Thanks Jim!

Thumbs up to Sam in the landscaping section at Bunnings in Wagga. He helped me out of a difficult situation for me with a kids wheelbarrow and I'm more than pleased with the outcome. Thankyou Sam, thankyou Bunnings.

Good selection, friendly staff, but prices are quite high. Better with powerpass. Increased rating from 3 to 4.

Got to entrance at literally 13 min to closing time and was they were closed. Explained that I had an emergency. Ie busted outdoor tap and I needed to run in a one. Stated I would be less that 2 min as it was all I needed.
Was told that the registers were close.as people were still paying for items. Now 10min before closing.
I then phoned and asked are you still open. "Yes but closing in 5min". "i stated that I was old side and refused entry because your staff reckon your closed"
I understand timings but if your opening hours state 0700-1900 then you're open for those hours. Especially if it's nearly 15min till closing.

A few things I had to go back for would've been nice to know after my second visit, as I could've ordered insect repel globes for outside. First visit managed to get a Small BBQ which was available. A bit more assistance could have helped one gentleman was very helpful 100% goes to that person.

Always love to look through Bunning's. Great variety and I was able to get everything that I needed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Lots of stock stacked in the car drive through so I had to wait for other cars to finish loading before I could get to the goods. I did, however, find what I wanted easily, looking up the goods locations before I arrived.
